Villa in Pla Del Mar, Moraira, Costa Blanca, 5 Minute Stroll to Town and Beach

This modern villa is situated in the exclusive Pla Del Mar area of Moraira and is a mere 500 metres from the centre of Moraira including its 2 beaches. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned double/twin bedrooms with the main bedroom being en-suite. There is a further self contained en-suite twin bedroom downstairs and a sofa bed in the spare 'playroom' next to the living room. The pool is 10 x 6m and is surrounded by a gated balustrade for children's protection. An array of inflatables are provided along with outdoor tables, chairs and parasols. There are further tables and seats on the covered naya/terrace next to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted as is the utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer etc). There is full Satellite TV including Sky Sports, CD and DVD plus WIFI. Ample off road parking.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is ideal for all age groups and is particularly suitable for children due to the balustraded and gated pool. A cot is available. No pets allowed and no smoking allowed indoors. Air-conditioning is included. Winter long lets are welcome and there is full oil powered central heating available at extra cost. Please enquire. Outside: There is a lawned area where children can play. There is a dedicated BBQ area with a sink. There are plenty of outdoor seats, loungers, tables and parasols. The private pool is 10m x 6m and the shallow end is suitable for toddlers. The deep end is approx 2m deep. There is off road parking for 2/3 cars. Utility Room: Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and linen are included in the weekly rate. Beach towels are not provided. Other: The dining area next to the kitchen can seat up to 8. The south facing covered naya/terrace can be accessed from the indoor dining area and from the living room. There are 2 benches with tables as well as a further dining table with 4 seats.

Great house on walking distance from Moraira

We had a great time in this house. It's spacious, well equipped and very safe for children (with a gate around the pool). Moraira center and 1 supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes (walking). Within 5 minutes drive there are several other supermarkets and the great El Portet beach which is great for children.

We stayed in this house with 4 adults and 4 children. Only disadvantage is that 1 bedroom is downstairs, so with 2 families it is a bit more difficult to divide de rooms.

We had a great time here and would really like to come back again

Moraira has 2 beautiful sandy beaches both awarded the European blue flag for cleanliness. These are within 5-10 minutes walk and there are children's play areas. The stunning El Portet beach is a 15 minute walk away. There are also excellent beaches at nearby Javea and Calpe.


Alicante airport 90km to the south (1 hour drive). Valencia airport 130km to the north. The A7 motorway runs between the two and passes Moraira at exit 63 for Benissa. The exit is 12km from Moraira. Car hire is not essential as taxis are easily available from both airports but a car is recommended if you do not wish to spend all your time in Moraira. This is especially relevant if there are children as there are animal parks, water parks and theme parks near Benidorm (30 mins drive away).


Moraira centre is a 5-10 minute walk away. Javea and Calpe are 15/20 min drives away.

Further Details:

Moraira was originally a small fishing village. It is now developed but there is a good balance between the original style and the more modern influences ie excellent restaurants and bars. Everything is within walking distance and there are no hideous high rise developments. Friday is market day and is well worth a visit.

There are 2 tennis courts directly behind the villa. These are for the exclusive use of Pla Del Mar residents. The theme parks in Benidorm are Terra Mitica (like Alton Towers), Terra Natura - an animal park, Aqualandia - water park and Mundomar - an animal park with an excellent dolphin show.

The rates for September, October, November, April and May are on a 3 bedroom basis not 4 bedrooms.Prices are per week in UK pounds.
Discounts may be given for long winter lets - please enquire. A non-returnable 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, by bank transfer only.
