Vacation Housing with great views to the Atlantic, in a peaceful and calm area, perfect place for relaxing and for up to eight people.

With two levels, with wooden roofs, in a plot of 1.200 m2 and completely walled around.

The upper level includes a big bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

The lower level has three big bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a sofa-bed which allows a couple to sleep next to the kids. The other two bedrooms has two individual beds. In this level you can also find a bathroom, three different lounges (one of them with satellite TV and DVD and the other one with music stereo), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with microwaves, an electric oven, dish washer, fridge and freezer, toaster and an electric water heater.

Outside you can find a wide terrace with views of Playa Honda, Guacimeta beach, isla de Lobos, and Fuerteventura, a private and heated pool, exterior bathroom, bbq area, solarium with sun beds, a great garden with fruit trees and an extra room with washing machine.

The Vacation Housing is located in a calm and centric area of Güime. 10 minutes from the airport by car. 15 minutes away of the capital (Arrecife). 15 minutes away from Puerto del Carmen, touristic and leisure place, where you will find nice beaches and the best night life. 15 minutes away from the Tías Golf Court. 20 minutes away from the Costa Teguise Golf Court and 2 minutes away from the supermarket.

Towels and savannas are included.

If the pool heating was required, there would be an extra charge per week, to be paid on arrival.
