Penthouse Apartment in Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain - Fantastic Location Just Five Minutes Walk To Beach And Nerja´s Town Centre

Situated in a quiet area with comfortable Andalucian furniture and sitting in the lounge, you can hear and see the waves lapping onto the beach. 2 bedrooms, one is a double and the other is twin bedded. Shower room, living/dining room that seats four, well fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave and washing machine. The apartment has air conditioning for the summer and also heating for the winter evenings. House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of satellite TV. Facing south and west the apartment benefits from all day sun. Balcony, terrace, patio furniture and car parking to the rear. Activities within easy reach include golf, sailing, scuba diving, aqua park to name a few, and the ski resorts are only 2 hours drive. Parking space outside the property.

Apartment with Lovely Views

The apartment is lovely. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The two terraces are ideal, one for sunbathing and one for shade. Air conditioning in sitting room and double bedroom but not in second bedroom, where there is a ceiling fan but not really adequate in the hot summer weather. Also in the second bedroom is a single bed with a pullout bed for another person, not ideal for 2 adults in this room. Flat more suited to 2 adults and 2 children.

Cecilia was very helpful and efficient at all stages of booking and deposit returned very quickly.

There is one downside for some people in this apartment. Although it is reasonably close to beach and town the way down to the beach (and back up) involves almost 200 steps. The road to town includes same steps and a steep hill on the other side of the road.

First time booking with O.D, fantastic!

Such a lovely little villa, tucked away right above Burriana beach which is easily accessible via steps right outside the villa, takes 5minutes and we walked into town in 15minutes! Prime location! There is no one above so you have the luxury of full privacy.

The place was clean, we had everything we needed on arrival bar the things we obviously knew we had to get ourselves (bread, milk etc).

Sky TV was a bonus as I could stay updated on the news in the UK.

The pool is a splashpool, it's fantastic for sitting in and cooling off when the sun gets too hot, many times I chilled in there with my book, but have no fear a cleaner comes once a week to clean it! Standing up, it's just under thigh deep.

Two balconies, one overlooks the beach and one over looks the cut through to town.

Air con in the main room and bedrooms, lovely bathroom which was clean and well maintained.

I would like to thank Cecilia for allowing us to stay in this wonderful villa, nothing was a problem despite our patience being tested with building work being carried out within the area, Cecilia was extremely helpful and dealt with this for us understanding we were on our holiday, thank you again Cecilia!

This lovely little villa is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults alone.

Property is ideal as it is situated in a quiet residential area but still walking distance to Burriana beach and Nerja´s town centre. Property is very private not overlooked and very sunny.
