About the property


Less than one minute from the apartment door and you're skiing on some of the worlds best slopes. You'll have an amazing time discovering the fantastic resort of La Plagne (225 km of piste, and 130 runs) and Paradiski (425 km of piste and 236 runs). Aime2000 is ideally situated for hassle free skiing. No need to catch a lift to the piste to start your adventure, they're outside your door. Aime 2000 has many restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. Ski hire available in the resort. There is an ESF ski and snowboard school in the building with lessons for all abilities starting immediately outside. Take a free ride on the cable car to La Plagne Center for a night out and more shops. Bright north facing apartment, with an uninterrupted view of Mont Blanc.

About Martin Hunt

We moved to live in the South of France in 2005 to continue our love of the culture and lifestyle that France offers. We are able to work and live in a beautiful rural village location and still make use of our great apartment in Aime La Plagne both in summer and winter. Our love of the outdoors, summer or winter, is what makes living in France great for us, walking and relaxing a wonderful and less stressful lifesyle.

Many fantastic holidays have been spent with our 2 sons in the beauty of the snow, mountains and stunning coastlines of France.

We feel very privelidged to be living this lifestyle and are pleased to be able to share this by renting out our properties.

Why Martin Hunt chose Aime

We fell in love with this resort and the mountains during a family holiday in 2001. Being at 2100 metres snow is guaranteed during the season. Easily accessed by road, rail and air from the UK this is a great resort with runs for all levels of boarders and skiers.

Our eldest son Rob is now a snowboard instructor working in resorts around the world and rates La Plagne as the best!

We had a great week in La Plagne, the apartment was everything we expected; clean tidy well equipped, well located for the shops and bars, more than suitable for the four of us. The two big plus points being the free Wi-Fi and the access to a great morning first run down the mountain before the lifts open.

Just to let you know we had a great few days in la plagne and enjoyed the use of your apartment - thanks very much - it is really well located and very comfortable.

The skiing was great although the weather could have been better - too much snow - an additional foot between Thursday morning and sat morning!

Ski locker was great - so nice to put on dry boots in a morning!

Notes on accommodation: Free WIFI connection in the apartment!! We have a 'meet and greet' service, you will be shown to the apartment and someone will be on hand throughout your stay. We can arrange ski school, hire, lift passes and baby sitting. We are often open to negotiation on prices, please ask!! Sorry no pets. Outside: Public terrace immediately to the rear of the building with access to the pistes, ski school, bars and restaurants and much more!! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We can provide linen and towels at a small charge (please ask us for prices) or you can provide your own. We ask you to leave the apartment as clean as you find it, our management team will check the apartment before you leave. Other: We have a cave (storeroom) for your skis and boots on the same floor a few meters from the flat.

We had a fantastic week in Aime La Plagne.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 4.

It was well laid out and was a really easy space to live and relax in.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need including a slow cooker.

The sofa bed was really easy to put up and down and very comfortable.

The corridor only had a small number of apartments in it, so it was quiet and peaceful - even on New Years Eve.

We were perfectly located for shops, restaurants and ski school.

We had beautiful views over Mont Blanc.

The owners were extrmely helpful and accomodating and they also employ a local agent Kate, who couldn't do enough for us. She booked ski school and bought lift passes for us and freely shared her knowledge of the resort.

We have a disabled child and she had a wonderful experience at Aime. She loved the building and ski-ed every day with the Antenne handicap ski school.

Our other daughter also had a brilliant experience with ESF - they were organized and commited and even had independent assessors for the "test" at the end of the week.

We loved the resort and we loved the apartment - and will definitely be returning next season.

Tolle Ski-in Ski-out Unterkunft in La Plagne Aime 2000

Mein Tochter und ich haben eine sehr schöne Woche Skiurlaub in dieser Unterkunft in La Plagne Aime 2000 verbracht. Wir haben uns im Appartment, welches mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist, sehr wohlgefühlt. Für 2-3 Personen bietet es mehr als ausreichend Platz, von einer vollen Belegung mit 5 Personen würden wir jedoch absehen.

Sehr genossen haben wir die Ski-in Ski-out Möglichkeit. Morgens im privaten Abstellraum die trockenen Skischuhe im Warmen anziehen und ohne Auto zu fahren sich direkt vor dem Haus auf die Piste zu begeben war einfach toll.

Das Appartment ist sehr zentral in der Nähe der Restaurants und Läden des "Paquebot des Neiges" gelegen und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Mittels "Telemetro" - einer Gondelbahn - gelangt man kostenlos direkt vom Gebäude in die zentrale Einkaufs- und Restaurantmeile von La Plagne Centre, ohne nach draußen zu müssen. Dies ist bei starkem Schneefall nicht zu unterschätzen.

Wir können das Appartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden es bei einem erneuten Urlaub in La Plagne definitiv wieder in Betracht ziehen.
