About Conrad Grundell

Janet and Conrad have been living in France since 1998. Having run a very successful B & B they now let their Farmhouse as a self catering Gite from Spring to late Autumn. Conrad is a keen single handicap golfer while Janet loves gardening and art and crafts. We both love the area around us and enjoy exploring France when the opportunity arises.

Outside: The safe private garden includes sun loungers, picnic tables and covered gazebo seating 16. Large sand pit and table tennis area and boule court. Large terraced pool area. Pool 8m x 4m with electric heating to 27 deg. Pool can be open from April to October. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding and towels are included in price. The property should be left as found (ie. clean and tidy) or a cleaning service can be arranged prior to arrival. Details of cleaning and changeover times will be sent with booking forms. Other: Conservatory and ideal drying area leading to covered out door dining area which seats 16 comfortably.

fantastic place, we'd all stay there again.

The house is superb. Our party consisted of 8 adults and 5 children. Very quiet, maybe four cars a day pass by, fabulous swimming pool (couldn't get the kids out of it), table tennis, boules, huge garden for kids to run around in, great BBQ. The house is well furnished, plenty of sitting areas and a very well equipped kitchen. The ensuite bedrooms are very comfortable. Janet and Conrad are on hand and are very peasant and helpful. I would recommend this house to my friends, in fact I have!!

Week with friends from the UK

This was a really perfect holiday, even the weather was hot! The accommodation was excellent (the kitchen had everything we needed as part of the time we catered for ourselves). Conrad and Janet were great at recommending restaurants shops and boat trips (all excellent). We enjoyed playing boules, table tennis and of course the swimming pool.

Perfect for friends or families.
