Riverside Apartments offer on site facilities including two communal swimming pools one small children’s pool and a large pool. Pool side changing rooms and showers, there is also a Gym and Sauna. There is a large private balcony area with furniture for alfresco dining and private covered parking for 1 vehicle. The apartment is situated only 200 metres from local shops including supermarket, chemist, bakery and restaurants. Only a 10-15 minute walk and you are in the centre of the village where you will find and can enjoy the many traditional and modern bars, restaurants and tavernas as well as all the other local amenities on offer. The sandy beaches at Coral bay are regarded as the best in the Paphos area, they are only 2km away.

We decided to buy in Cyprus because the weather is amazing and the people are lovely. We are extremley happy with our apartment and the reviews so far have been fantastic.

What makes this apartment unique

The children love the pool and the local bakery which makes the most delicious breads and pizza.

We spent two delightful weeks at Riverside Apartments. The apartment is quiet, well equipped with a delightful deck looking over the immediate countryside to the hills behind. The pool is clean and well maintained. Pegia is well situated close to the Coral Bay and Pafos area, and for venturing into the Trodos hills. Rupert & Mags Sept 2010.

Notes on accommodation: This property was released in May 2009 by one of Paphos's most prestigious developers. It has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Light and airy feel to it featuring patio windows from both lounge and main bedroom looking directly out to uninterrupted panoramic views of the green surrounding countryside. The apartment is fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the lounge. The property is well suited for families, with the Wi-Fi PS2 games, board games, cards, books and crayons. Outside: There is a large balcony that catches the sun from early morning (7.4x4.5m) with BBQ, table, 7 chairs, umbrella, 2 sun loungers, we also have special UV protection material on the pagoda which keeps half of the balcony shaded. The furniture for the pool area consists of 4 sun loungers table and umbrella. Inflatables for the pool. Utility Room: Equipment such as iron, ironing board, maiden, pegs etc are all provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are included, we do ask for you to bring your own beach towels. The property is cleaned ready for your arrival and can be cleaned weekly if you wish.

Great apartment

We stayed in the apartment with our 3 children (12,12,7) for 10 nights in August 2014. The apartment was in a good location in a very quiet area on a small complex. It was immaculately presented, very light and spacious, well equipped and had an amazing balcony! The pool was a great size, plenty of room for kids jumping and diving in! The apartment exceeded all our expectations and we all had a fantastic holiday. We would definitely recommend to our friends and will return in the future. Although you can walk to a few restaurants and shops I Recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your holiday.

25% Deposit is required upon booking, full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. We can accept payment by way of cheque, bank transfers in GBP and euros. We will reserve your dates for 3 days with no obligation, to enable you to book flights. We also ask for £100 as a security deposit to be sent with the balance payment. This will be refunded as soon as you return following confirmation from my housekeeper.
