Our luxury apartments are located just seven minutes walk from the beach and in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Olhos D'agua with its wide choice of restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. The two bed apartment is on the ground floor and the one bed is on the first floor. They without doubt have the best views of the grounds and also have sea views. there are two pools and a fantastic flood-lit tennis court. Free WIFI, SKY SPORTS, MOVIES, BT SPORTS. Within 200 yards there are two banks, two supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes/restaurants, a taxi rank (approx 5 euros to Albufeira) and a bus stop. Ideal for families, couples and golfers. There is a wide range of activities in the region with numerous golf courses and within 30 seconds walk there are the pick up points for the Zoo marine, Waterpark and Algarve shopping. The apartments are fitted with a high standard of furniture and all of the mod cons needed such as English TV, DVD, Dishwasher, Cooker/Oven, microwave, washing machine etc.

The apartment is fitted with high quality furniture, the lounge has a 32" TV with some freeview channels and DVD player. Also has a double sofa bed.
Air conditioning is installed in both bedrooms and all windows are fitted with security shutters and mosquito blinds.
There is one bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
Master bedroom has king size bed all of which can be zipped/unzipped to create singles/king size beds to suit your requirements. All of he beds are pocket sprung mattresses.
The luxurious kitchen has all appliances such as oven, grill, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer.
Further details outdoors: grounds are secured with locking gates and guests benefit from allocated underground parking.

Just come back from a 10 day holiday. Apartment was spotless, the pool area was Perfect for my 3 year old daughter who was never out the pool, made lots of friends. Restaurants around are fantastic and so cheap. Definitely recommend and we will be booking again for next year.

We bought the properties off plan and have been delighted with the quality and finish since they were completed. The area is ideally suited for all types of holiday. Olhos d'Agua suits ourselves and our young daughters as it has everything on the doorstep and is a very relaxing area. It is more suited to families and couples looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. Guests enjoy staying at our apartments so much that we have regular holiday makers who come back year after year.”
Activity and Interests
Less than 8 mins walk to Olhos d'Agua beach - sandy beach with choice of restaurants, cafes, shops. You can watch the local fishermen bring in their haul.
2 min bus journey/drive to Santa Eulalia - larger sandy beach, restaurant, cafe on beach.
Faro airport : half hour drive away. Car not essential as most amenities within walking distance. Bus stop and taxi rank within 1 min walk of apartments. Please contact owner for car hire information.
Albufeira is 5 km away and Vilamoura approx 8-9. Taxis are available or the local bus. Louole market is approx 20km away and day trips are available at local travel shops. Faro is only a 25 min drive.
Olhos d’Agua is a popular fishing village located between the busier resorts of Vilamoura to the east and Albufeira to the west. It is the ideal place for you to relax and enjoy the Portuguese sun yet its central location also makes it a perfect base from which to explore the rest of the Algarve. The main street in Olhos d’Agua winds downhill, with bars and restaurants along the way, and leads to the popular sandy beach at the bottom. We have walked to the beach, pushing a buggy (and in the midday sun!), and the walk takes approximately 10 minutes. The beach follows round the coast in both directions, and the rocky red cliffs and pine trees make for an impressive backdrop. Just a 2 minute drive in the direction of Albufeira takes you to the beach of Santa Eulalia -another beautiful sandy beach with two lovely beach restaurants serving a variety of dishes from snacks and sandwiches to fresh seafood and traditional Portuguese dishes. Olhos d’Agua has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun. By day, there are plenty of beaches to explore, and by night there is a variety of local restaurants to enjoy. For those wishing to venture further afield, there are a number of theme parks and zoos to be enjoyed by all the family, not to mention the array of world class golf courses within easy driving distance, so you can make your holiday as active or peaceful as you like.

A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The outstanding 70% balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Damage deposit of £150 payable at time of final balance - this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Changeover is very flexible.

“The properties enjoy a wonderful location - being only a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants they are in a perfect position to enjoy Olhos d'Agua and indeed the rest of the Algarve. There are no strips of English bars and really is a relaxing place to be. You really do have everything on your doorstep but feel as though you are away from everything while relaxing by the pool or even at the beach.”

- Notes on accommodation: Strictly no smoking inside apartments - ash trays are provided for use on the balcony. Bed linen and plenty of towels are provided and there is a washing machine in the apartment. However, should you require more linen or towels these can be provided for a small service charge. we have installed android tv systems which can get freeview English channels. We also have dvd players Outside: There are two shared pools: one large pool and a small children's pool. FREE WIFI at pool area. There is a floodlit tennis court (rackets and balls can be rented from the office) and beautiful landscaped gardens. there are communal sunbeds with loveley fixed shades for relaxing by the pool. in 2014 there has been toliets and shower installed at the poolside. The gardens are immaculate and kept by our own condiminium gardener. At present there is no barbeque area but this is earmarked for the future.
