This beautifully decorated end of terrace house is perfect for families and couples. Large pool, jacuzzi, gym and snack bar. The house is fully furnished with air conditioning and everything you might need from, ice buckets to picnic box, towels to hairdryer. Located in an ideal setting. 5 mins from the beach and a 3 minute stroll to the bars and restaurants, yet in a peaceful setting. One Master bedroom en-suite and a Twin bedroom en-suite, both upstairs. Downstairs is a kitchen / living space with large sofas and patio doors leading to a private garden & patio perfect for al fresco dining. There is also an extra bathroom WC downstairs.

Peter and Aideen are both artists and educators who live in Dublin Ireland.

They bought the house with 2 friends; Vincent and Sandra some years back. They love the area and regularly visit Kings Resort. They also enjoy having the swimming pool outside the door!

They love the local beaches, historical sites and scuba diving with their kids.

They have tastefully furnished their house to feel like home, with all the comforts of home!

Excellent Villa in a great location

We had a lovely holiday in Paphos ,the accommodation was excellent, very spacious, clean and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Our two children aged 16 and 12 loved it and settled in straight away. It was great to have a private garden at the back of the villa where we could relax and have a couple of meals Al Fresco.

The sun shone every day without a cloud in the sky, pure bliss!

The pool is a nice size and was quiet most days, so it was nice to be able to cool off after a busy day out.

We bought bus passes from the bus station near the harbour which allowed us to travel freely around as we didn't hire a car. The zoo, water park and Coral Bay beach are easy to get to and are great days out.

The Lidl supermarket is a short walk away with everything you need (including fresh bread and croissants).

We dined out along the Tomb of Kings road and the harbour, and enjoyed eating out most nights. Although there are a variety of restaurants to meet everyone's needs, we liked to eat Meze and Cypriot food.

The harbour is quite busy, but has a nice atmosphere with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from.

It was great to spend quality time with our family in such a beautiful country. There is so much to see and do and we enjoyed every moment.

Would recommend staying here

Very nice accommodation and the location was perfect for us. We did hire a car but the property is within walking distance of the bus stop so this wouldn't be necessary. Lovely quiet pool area. Owners were were very helpful and always contactable if we needed anything. Would highly recommend, thanks Aideen, we had a lovely holiday.

Excellent Property in Great Location

We enjoyed a 2 week stay at the house and were impressed by by the layout of property and standard of fixtures and fittings. We found the pool area very relaxing and again standard of poolside equipment was good. Unfortunately the poolside bar was shut during our stay, although no great issue for us. The property is very close to bus route to town and coral bay,but we would recommend car hire to get around to close attractions.

Also close by is the Lidl store which is handy for daily supplies. Overall a great choice for a couple or small family.

Excellent week in lovely town house in Paphos

This property is large. 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo. Both bedrooms are very large with lovely balconies where you can relax and eat breakfast of fresh croissants from the local Lidl which is a short stroll away. We stayed here last year too and were so happy with it we had to come back. With dishwasher, washing mc and wifi it has all you need. The resort is quiet, especially at this time of year. In the summer there is a pool bar but that was not open in our Easter break. Lovely beaches and nice harbour nearby as well as a very modern mall with restaurants and boutiques. Everything is catered for.

Spacious and comfortable.

We enjoyed a relaxing break in Aideen and Peters house at the Kings Resort. The property is very spacious for a holiday let and is accurately described by its owners. It is situated near the pool bar and whilst it was busy at times it was not at all noisy or intrusive. We used public transport, the buses running at 10 minute intervals, taking about the same time to get to the harbour area with good onward connections. A 5 euro day pass on the buses permitted unlimited travel. We can recommend a couple of good restaurants in the harbour area, La Pizza, for Italian and Imperial for Chinese. A couple of plus points for us regarding the property was a front door key safe, elimating the requirement to carry a key and a safe for personal items. Overall the property is as described with excellent wifi connection and we can indorse other reviews comments. Aideen was always responsive to our communications and made booking arrangements simple. Thank you for allowing us to stay and would not hesitate recommending this property.

Great for all age groups. 5 minutes from the sea, All local amenities are within walking distance. Kings Resort is a small quiet complex. We bought F8 because it's the best location in the complex! End of the block, beside the pool & cafe bar. Car parking space outside the door. A beautiful garden has been developed behind the house making the patio a private & peaceful place to have meals, or an evening cocktail before heading out for dinner!

The nearest beach is a 5 min walk away. In Coral Bay, (only a 10 min bus ride) is the famous blue flag beach.


Paphos airport is less than a 20 minute drive from the house. Larnaca approx 1.5 hours drive.


Paphos port is a 15 min walk, the old town is 10 min walk. Across the road from the complex is the famous Tomb of the Kings.

Further Details:

Located just beside the house is a small supermarket, we call them Kiosks here, Lidl supermarket is just 5 min walk from the house and ideal should you wish to cater inhouse. However, there are loads of take-away and some even deliver!
