This beautifully decorated end of terrace house is perfect for families and couples. Large pool & gym. The house is fully furnished with air conditioning and everything you might need from, ice buckets to picnic box, towels to hairdryer. Located in an ideal setting. 5 mins from the beach and a 3 minute stroll to local bars and restaurants, yet in a peaceful setting. One Master bedroom is en-suite and a Twin bedroom en-suite, are both upstairs. Downstairs is a kitchen / living space with large sofas and patio doors leading to a private garden & patio perfect for al fresco dining. There is also an extra bathroom WC downstairs. Great reviews and an established rental property.

About The Owner

Peter and Aideen are both artists and educators who live in Dublin Ireland.

They bought the house with 2 friends; Vincent and Sandra some years back. They love the area and regularly visit Kings Resort. They also enjoy having the swimming pool outside the door!

They love the local beaches, historical sites and scuba diving with their kids.

They have tastefully furnished their house to feel like home, with all the comforts of home!

The Owner purchased this house in 2010

Why The Owner chose Paphos & Suburbs

Great for all age groups. 5 minutes walk from the beach. All local amenities are within walking distance. Kings Resort is a small quiet complex. We bought F8 because it's the best location in the complex! End of the block, beside the pool. Car parking space outside the door. A beautiful garden has been developed behind the house making the patio a private & peaceful place to have meals, or an evening cocktail before heading out for dinner!

What makes this house unique

This property is convenient to everything including a local Lidl supermarket, bars and restaurants. The local bus stop to Coral Bay and Pafos harbour is just a few minutes walk away. Tomb of the Kings is just a short walk. This well managed complex is maintained to a very high standard. Seasonal Cafe Bar is in the complex which is really handy !

Notes on accommodation: The property is ideal for either couples or families. Wifi is available for a fee of £2 per day. Air conditioning available in both bedrooms and downstairs. Outside: We have a private front and back garden, patio at rear with table and chairs and umbrella. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen supplied including beach towels. Linen is replaced after 7 nights. Other arrangements can be made should you require it. We present the house in pristine condition and would ask you to return it to us as you found it.

Lovely modern house in a good location

We wanted a home from home & this house was everything it said on the tin. We'd decided on a house rather than a hotel on this occasion as wanted the flexibility of eating in or out when we wanted & also wanted peace & quiet which is what we got. Everything was included to ensure we had a very comfortable stay & local help was at hand if needed.

The location was great. We had a car as wanted to explore the area & were able to park it right outside our window. There were restaurants within walking distance (try Joannas as this had local Cypriot food served by the owner whose wife prepared it & also Aliceland further up the road towards Coral Bay again Cypriot foid served by the owner & prepared by her mother with lovely view) we also enjoyed being able to hop on a bus to Paphos harbour & Coral Bay (so we could participate in a few beverages!). We also enjoyed stopping off at the Copa bar on the way home for a night cap which again seemed to be run by Cypriots & had a mix of tourists & locals.

Relaxed holiday!

Our stay at the house in early March went really smoothly and was greatly enjoyed - a quiet time in Paphos but with warm weather above 20degC every day. The house was just as promised - quite a find! A well designed layout, with en-suite facilities for both large bedrooms, and each bedroom with its own balcony. It is well positioned in this high quality, well tended and managed private grouping of houses set around the pool. We found it very convenient for just about everything. From a practical viewpoint, is only four or five minutes on foot to a very well stocked Lidl on the Kings Tomb road, and the Paphos buses run along that same road to and from port about every 10-15 minutes. We did have a car to travel around the area generally, and there are spaces alongside the house for very convenient parking within the complex. The wifi was very good and very handy to have.

The owners were very helpful and very quick to respond during the (last minute!) booking process which was much appreciated.

All in all, a great stay and one we hope to repeat next year.

Great Central location. Perfect size for a family of 4

Central location. Lots of things walkable. Lovely pool area. Shame the little bar and shop on site is no longer running. Nice restaurants, bars and supermarket in the near vicinity.

Owners very quick to reply and gave us some great recommendations of things to do.

Excellent Villa in a great location

We had a lovely holiday in Paphos ,the accommodation was excellent, very spacious, clean and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Our two children aged 16 and 12 loved it and settled in straight away. It was great to have a private garden at the back of the villa where we could relax and have a couple of meals Al Fresco.

The sun shone every day without a cloud in the sky, pure bliss!

The pool is a nice size and was quiet most days, so it was nice to be able to cool off after a busy day out.

We bought bus passes from the bus station near the harbour which allowed us to travel freely around as we didn't hire a car. The zoo, water park and Coral Bay beach are easy to get to and are great days out.

The Lidl supermarket is a short walk away with everything you need (including fresh bread and croissants).

We dined out along the Tomb of Kings road and the harbour, and enjoyed eating out most nights. Although there are a variety of restaurants to meet everyone's needs, we liked to eat Meze and Cypriot food.

The harbour is quite busy, but has a nice atmosphere with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from.

It was great to spend quality time with our family in such a beautiful country. There is so much to see and do and we enjoyed every moment.

Would recommend staying here

Very nice accommodation and the location was perfect for us. We did hire a car but the property is within walking distance of the bus stop so this wouldn't be necessary. Lovely quiet pool area. Owners were were very helpful and always contactable if we needed anything. Would highly recommend, thanks Aideen, we had a lovely holiday.

The nearest beach is a 5 min walk away. In Coral Bay, (only a 10 min bus ride) is the famous blue flag beach. Our favourite local beaches include 'Sandy Beach' for surfing;snorkelling and a nice beach bar - 'Vardis' for cafe/sunbed chilling with a safe lagoon for swimming and snorkelling. Further away Lara Beach for sand; turtles and amazing clear water.


Paphos airport is less than a 20 minute drive from the house. Larnaca approx 1.5 hours drive.


Paphos port is a 15 min walk, the old town is 10 min walk. Across the road from the complex is the famous Tomb of the Kings.

Further Details:

Located just beside the house is a small supermarket, we call them Kiosks here, Lidl supermarket is just 5 min walk from the house and ideal should you wish to cater inhouse. However, there are loads of take-away and some even deliver!
