This 2 bedroom spacious maisonette is directly facing Fistral beach with amazing views and a super location for all the local amenities. Ideal for families, couples and groups seeking good clean modern accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is off road parking and communal gardens with your own patio overlooking Fistral beach. It is fully equipped: WiFi, LCD TVs, Sky box, DVD player - and a selection of DVD's, as well as a secure surfboard store. The Pentire area of Newquay is only a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre, harbour and shops. There is a small local shop and surf school only 2 minutes walk away. Dogs are welcome at a small cost to cover extra cleaning.

Why Nikki Nicholson chose Newquay

Having spent many happy holidays as a child in this part of Cornwall, I was thrilled to be able to have a holiday home directly opposite Fistral Beach. The views are fabulous and it's great being able to walk outside and be on the beach in a minute. If you enjoy the waves, the surf is pretty amazing too. Having the Coast Path on the doorstep is an added bonus - with miles of beautiful coastline to explore. It really is a wonderful location - and perfect for my dog who loves going on the beach all year round.

I love my beach house - and I really hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!

We had a brilliant week at Pentire Court. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and I really appreciated the small touches, i.e. washing up liquid, j-cloths, bin bags etc which in many places are not provided. In fact, there was everything we could possibly need for the duration of our stay. The location of the property was perfect for us and the views just amazing. If we return to Cornwall, this will certainly be the first property we enquire about and I would have no hesitation in recommending Pentire Court to anyone. My first experience with www.ownersdirect.co.uk and I am happy to say it was a very positive one. The flat was beautifully kept, in a great location with amazing views and better equipped than my own, run by a friendly owner who has thought of absolutely everything and more you could need. Newquay is delightful and enjoyable and within walking distance through great scenery. Highly recommendable.

Outside: There is a patio area in front of the apartment, which leads on to a communal garden. Outdoor furniture is stored in the surfboard store. There is also an indoor swimming pool in the hotel next door, which is available to use at a small cost. Utility Room: Secure surfboard/wetsuit store, as well as a washing line and outside drying area at the rear of the property. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and bath towels are provided; but please bring your own beach towels. Plus, you don't have to worry about the basics: tea towels, washing up liquid, bin bags, dishwasher and washing powder are provided with weekly cleaning and linen change. Other: Private patio and garden in front of the maisonette, with garden table and chairs. Superb sea and beach views making it the ideal place to relax and admire the sunset and surfing.

Great holiday

Great place to stay. Lots of places to eat nearby and lots of great walking on your doorstep on the costal path or the beaches.

Accommodation very nice with best view I have ever had.

Would recommend to anyone. Also Nikki was very prompt with any questions I need answering and let us stay extra half day as we had a late flight home.

Most amazing holiday home, with amazing views out of the dining room looking on to Fistral Beach. Perfect for family holidays and loved that it was dog friendly. Perfect location, clean and would definitely stay again. Hopefully making it a yearly occurrence. Excellent communication with the owners.

The property is fantastic the views over fistral beach stunning and just a very short walk to the beach.

Everything is of a high standard, clean and very tastefully furnished.

It's lovely to find a holiday let that allows a dog with this quality.

We were so impressed and had such a fabulous holiday we booked for next year as soon as we arrived home.

Amazing, fantastic, breathtaking, peaceful x

We had such a wonderful stay at your place, fantastic location right on the doorstep to the beach. Our dogs loved it, we made them a bed outside just by the window and everyone who walked passed looked and said how well behaved they were, they came in at night and fell fast asleep in the hallway.

We done so much walking my feet are still hurting.

Will defo recommend to friends and family the views are amazing, loved watching the waves when eating our food at the table. My teenage girls loved the wifi and the sky tv.

Also the use of the wetsuits, boogie boards, windbreaker and chairs that saved us on pennies.

My hubby loves his dogs and was so happy we picked your apartment it was amazing, our dogs are so well trained they know they are not aloud upstairs or in bedrooms. It was perfect for them, so that made us all happy.

We love Newquay.

Beautiful beach side home

Myself, my husband , my parents and our dog Maverick stayed at this property for 3 nights last weekend. We had such an incredible time.

Nikki's home is directly located on Fistral beach , with incredible views. The home is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

The home has everything you need and Nikki was always happy to help.

Very dog and family friendly, with a 1 min walk to the beach and an approximate 15 mins walk into Newquay town. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Beautiful comfortable amazing views home from home

We were in Newquay for our anniversary holiday, and we brought along our dog, and this was the perfect property for us. Not only was it pet friendly but it was also very comfortable and had lots of little personal touches throughout the apartment that we really appreciated such as dog bowls, dog treats, tea selection and pint of milk waiting for us in the fridge. And plenty of towels were lovingly placed in linen baskets for us.

The kitchen/dining room was upstairs and offered amazing views of Fistral beach. The bean bags in the dining room made for a lovely seat in the morning with a morning coffee and a bit of surfer-watching before enjoying a lovely power shower and then heading over to the beach which is just a two min walk away from the maisonette.

Perfect maisonette for a romantic getaway. We're already looking forward to returning next year.

Special interest holidays:

Surfing lessons, surf/body boards and wetsuits available from the Surf School which is right next door! There is a secure surf board and bike store at the rear of the maisonette. This location is also ideal for exploring the Cornish coast, as the coastal path is only a 5 minute walk away. Fishing trips and canoeing are available on the River Gannel and are only a 15 minute walk.

Coast/Beach:

Only 1 minute walk to Fistral Beach - just down the steps opposite Pentire Court. No need for a surf cam, you can check out the waves from the kitchen, dining room or lounge!

Travel:

Newquay Train and Bus Stations are 5 mins by taxi.

Newquay Airport 9 miles (car rental and taxis available).

Plymouth Ferry 1.15 hrs.

Car is recommended for exploring Cornwall; although not essential for Newquay (and there is a Hoppa bus nearby for those Supermarket trips)!

Distances:

Newquay is a great base for exploring Cornwall. Watergate Bay and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen are only a 10 minute drive; with Padstow and Rick Stein's Restaurants only 20 minutes by car. Rock, Truro and Crantock, are all within a 10 - 20 minute drive away, with St Ives, Falmouth, Penzance, and Lands End 30 - 45 minutes.

Booking Notes:
20% deposit is required when booking please. The full balance is due 1 month before your holiday with late bookings under 4 weeks, payable in full at the time of booking. An additional security deposit of £100 is also required when booking. This deposit is returned once the property has been checked for breakages or damage within 3 days of departure. Payment by bank transfer or cheque.

Please note: An additional £20 will be or international payments, in order to cover banking charges when returning the security deposit.
Changeover Day:
During peak season (July and August) the changeover day is Saturday. Throughout the rest of the year changeover times and length of stay are flexible. Arrival time is from 2pm and departure at 10am and is also flexible outside of the peak season.

Cleaning:

Please note, for stays of less than 5 nights there is an additional cleaning cost of £110 which will be included in the final price. Stays of 5+ nights do not incur this additional cost.
