Garden Apartment in Torremolinos, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Location 3 Minutes from Beach

Beautifully decorated non smoking 2 bedroom, garden apartment situated on coast between Torremolinos and Benalmadena, just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Ideally situated for a range of local amenities including the Aladdin style marina with all its restaurants and entertainment, stunning mountain backdrop and all year round sun. Within a 2 hour drive are the ski areas of the Sierra Nevada, remote wilderness, numerous golf courses, and to the west shopping in Marbella and Gibraltar. The apartment is situated in a quiet low rise private development, with well maintained gardens and enclosed pool area. It has full air-conditioning/heating(metered ),WIFI , 2 bedrooms, with accommodation for up to 6/7 people. The local area is very friendly with close access to the sea and beaches that does not involve crossing any major roads.

Ideal for 2 adults & 3 kids, but poor cleaning

Nice size apartment, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, well stocked kitchen and lovely, well kept gardens and pool. But cleaning needs improvement -thick dust to top of pictures, mirror, skirting boards, dado rails and air conditioning units . Also concerned that apartment didn't have smoke alarms and that security gate is heavy and difficult to use- this has to be used as patio doors hung the wrong way because they are damaged and they don't lock. Although we enjoyed our stay, it is in need of some improvements.

Perfect, central location.

A well maintained,spotless clean property with all the facilities you could need. Same could be said for the on-site pool. Private, gated complex within walking distance to any amount of restaurants and bars, short walk to the beach and short taxi rides to amusement parks and water parks. Just went this time as an anniversary get away for myself and husband but cant wait to get back with the family in tow, alot on offer for all ages.

Owner was more than accommodating and welcoming, would highly recommend the accommodation and location. Weather for couples or families, would well suit both.

Family holiday 2015

Well maintained apartment in excellent location close to the beach town and all amenities (supermarkets and bus stops close by). Good standard of finish with all the necessary equipment and for our family of six with a small child. Cot & high chair provided with a full cooking facilities as well as washing machine and dishwasher as well as games books good TV reception and choice of English TV channels (if weather was not great). Small enclosed courtyard garden was great for a relaxing night time glass of wine, and grounds of apartment block and pool area well maintained. Owner very helpful with any requests and queries and keys arrived with no problem 10 days before travel date. Would have no problem recommending to anyone including family and friends looking for an apartment on Torremolinos.

Family holiday, 3 adults, 2 children 2 & 5

Lovely stay at this apartment. A well equipped, clean and spacious apartment. Was always able to contact the owner with any questions. My two grandchildren loved the outdoor terraced garden and spent quite a lot of time out there when we were in the apartment. It is a few minutes to a lovely sandy beach, bars and restaurants. The harbour was about a ten minute stroll away with plenty more shops and restaurants, not to mention boat trips. We caught a taxi there and back to Crocodile Park, as the taxi fares are quite reasonable. The complex that surrounds the apartment is quiet, which is good, as I'm not a very good sleeper. Our age group went from 2 years to 65 years and we all enjoyed it, so I would recommend the apartment and the region for all age groups. This was my grandchildren's first holiday abroad so I didn't want anything too restrictive for their young ages. This apartment and location was excellent on both counts. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

Family Holiday

My son and family, which included two children of 2 & 5, have just returned from a lovely week's holiday here. The children loved the space and outside terraced garden of this apartment. It had everything we needed, was clean and well equipped. A few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants, with a Lidl supermarket nearby too. The beach was good and we visited the harbour and crocodile park whilst we were there. We didn't really use the pool in the apartment grounds, as the grandchildren found it a little too deep for their liking, but it was well positioned and looked good. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. The owner was extremely helpful at all times and replied to my emails & questions very quickly. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We found the price really reasonable too.

Excellent apartment

Myself and hubby enjoyed a great stay in this apartment mid March. It is well located for walking to beach and local amenities are very close by, eg supermarket. The bus stops are close by and easy to get to and fares are very reasonable.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and everything we needed, home from home. We were unlucky with the weather, however, we had every comfort in the apartment , heater, extra blankets and could cook a good meal if not wanting to face the rain on occasions. (2 big brollies in the apt). There is free view t.v with English channels, books, games all great for a relaxing time. Lovely enlclosed courtyard garden area for sole use of apt. The owner could not have been more helpful with arrangements, given we only booked the week we were travelling. All in all, apt is in a good location, very quiet area, although very thing is within a short walk. We would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely apt to others and we hope to revisit in the future. Thank you, Sally and Bob foster

Located about 3 minutes from beach and 10 minutes walk from marina. Numerous restaurants, pubs and entertainment from 2 minutes away.


Malaga airport just 20 minutes away (approx 25 euros taxi or 1.65 euros by rail) - nearest station El Pinillo (15 min walk or approx 3 euros taxi ride). Car hire available both locally and at the airport.


Shops, restaurants, banks etc and supermarkets all within walking distance.
