One bed apartment in Olhos d'Agua - Central Location Within 5 Minute Walk Of Beach And Restaurants

This superb, ground floor, 1 bedroom apartment is part of the luxury development of Vista Das Ondas in Olhos d’Agua. It boasts one of the largest balconies with dining furniture to seat 4 which is perfect for alfresco dining. It directly overlooks the swimming pool, landscaped gardens and the flood-lit tennis court. The accommodation consists of open plan lounge and fully fitted kitchen, a large double bedroom and bathroom. All are furnished to the highest possible standard. The lounge and bedroom both have patio sliding doors leading out onto the balcony and have screens and security shutters. The grounds and the condominium areas are secured by CCTV cameras and the pool area and gardens are gated for the guests security. The apartment also has secure underground parking which is accessed by private fob. Free WiFi in apartment. This apartment has gained a Portuguese Rental Licence.

Great Location in a very nice town

The unit is a condo type apartment in a very well maintained and secure building. Unit had a full kitchen, as well as a washing machine. Everything is within easy walking distance. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity were exceptional, very good value and service staff were great. The beach was no more than a 10 minuet walk and was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Excellent Apartment

Had a great 2 weeks in this apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for a great holiday. It is on the ground floor with views of the swimming pool. It has air conditioning in the bedroom, which quickly cooled the rest of the apartment down if you left the bedroom door open. The owner "Anne" was extremely helpful, and courteous and bought a brand new sofa bed for the lounge prior to our visit. Highly recommended.

What an amazing apartment! We stayed for a week with a 2 year old and it was perfect. Ground floor so no worries of balconies etc

Cosy and homely feel with all appliances etc you could ever need including wifi.. lovely and spacious so we didn't feel on top of each other all week. Large bathroom and bedroom. No noise on an evening and a quiet area throughout the day to take it easy! Gorgeous views over the pools. Kiddies pool was a great height for toddlers to he able to have a dip! Grounds are immaculate and great location. 5 mins from a big supermarket, 15-20 min walk to the beach but we had a pushchair and sometimes a walking toddler so could be done much quicker.. slightly uphill on the way back but nothing major! It's a nice walk with bars to stop off at if needed!! The beach is a gorgeous cove with stunning views and some great little restaurants ( if you have a small child, some don't have highchairs )!

Anne the owner was soooo helpful and lovely the whole booking process, including our time away. Sorted out the easiest, smoothest transfers with a car seat and we also got a highchair for the week.

Would recommend to all of my friends with or without children.

Would definitely go back xxx

lovely apartment in lovely location

had a very good week in this ground floor apartment. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. All areas inside and out were kept very clean and tidy and the pool was great. Only 5 minutes walk down the hill to very good supermarkets and plenty restaurants or just turn up the hill and you're in surprisingly peaceful, lovely countryside! Go up to the roof terrace to enjoy amazing sea views and for some quiet sunbathing (likely to have it all to yourself)

I would recommend A Cantina for excellent food - just down the street and straight across the road.

I think this apartment would ideally suit a couple with 2 small children as the pool is so near.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary


The picturesque beach at Olhos D'Agua is just a 5 minute walk away with its golden sands and secluded coves make this Blue Flag beach exceptional. Beachside bars and restaurants are plentiful.


Faro airport is only a 25 minute distance by car/taxi, 35 euros being the average cost for 4 people one way (this can be arranged on booking).


As this is very centrally located in the village of Olhos d'Agua, car hire is not essential. Vilamoura is 10km distance and Albufeira 3km which there is a direct bus service.

Further Details:

Olhos d'Agua has numerous exceptional seafood and traditional Portuguese restaurants. Local supermarket only a short walk away. For families there are 2 water parks within easy reach - Slide and Splash and Aqualand with Zoomarine a 15 minute drive away. Banks and pharmacies are located only 100 yds from apartment.
