Set in an exquisite, rural and totally private setting, this 250 year old farmhouse has been completely renovated to the highest standards.

The pool terrace has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas if shade is required. There is a hot and cold outside pool shower. Also a barbecue and more outside dining space. It is within easy reach of Alaior where shops, supermarkets and restaurants can be found. Many of the islands most beautiful beaches are only a short car journey away.

The extensive grounds include an orchard and gorge where birds and wildlife can be observed. The property also boasts a completely original barn where all the stone stalls are still in place. All grey water is re-cycled for garden irrigation.

Satellite Wifi ensures a fast internet connection anywhere within the property or pool area.

Full size folding ping pong table for outside use in the courtyard. 160 acres of grounds to explore. Utility Room: Washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Water softener. Additional separate cloakroom off the utility room. Fridge with freezer compartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Weekly clean and linen change included. Extra maid service and cook are available upon request at extra cost. Other: Separate farmhouse style dining room with 10ft dining table with seating for 12. Small office situated off the dining room including PC with broadband connection. Spacious entrance hall leading to the main living areas.
