About this property

This apartment is very good located upstairs on the first floor (not ground floor) in the Jewish Quarter, just next to Barrio Santa Cruz. It is also close to restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, local shops and buses. There is a terrace on top. Public garage about 5 minutes walk. It has one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and another bedroom with 2 single beds (one of them is pull "out and lift"), as well as a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Please notice that I collect a 100€ DAMAGE DEPOSIT in cash on arrival that will be returned after your stay if the apartment is left in good condition and nothing broken.

Fabulous apartment

Great location

Property in a great location to explore Seville. Tucked away but walking distance from most sights. Maria was a helpful host. Although she was unable to meet us in person she made arrangements to ensure we could settle in even though it was late on a Sunday when we arrived. Excellent few days... highly recommend

Excellent location

The property is located in a very quiet street in the old town of Seville (St. Cruz) area. Great for exploring all of the city and close to many bars and supermarkets. Apartment clean and had everything for self catering needs if required. A small roof terrace was nice for sitting out on in the evenings. Maria our host met us on arrival and explained the area to us.

Lovely period apartment in old part of city. Suitable for 2 + 1. Well equipped, close to Santa Crux, Cathedral etc. Restaurants and bars nearby. Host, Maria friendly and very helpful. Recommended.
