Villa in Mojacar Playa, Almeria Andalucia, Spain - 10 Minutes Walk To The Beach

This is a stunning and spacious property that has been furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style. The property is split over two floors and is fully air conditioned. Double patio doors lead from the lounge out on to the newly laid modern terrace with private pool. There is also a covered outside area with stylish seating making it a beautiful spot to keep out of the mid-day sun. The south facing terraced area captures the sun through most of the day and is equipped with an outside dining table and chairs set, sun loungers, shower and a BBQ. The pool is 8m x 4m and is perfect for lounging around in enjoying a refreshing swim. A new roof terrace has amazing views of the sea, mountains and the Old Town. This property is ideally located for holidays as it is in a very peaceful and quiet area yet is only a short walk down to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars etc.

Casa Cadiz is an excellent and well maintained villa, located a very short distance from the middle of the beach front in Mojacar Playa. Its accommodation is perfectly adequate for 5-6 people, having 3 bedrooms and 3 shower/bathrooms (Although, in the event, we were only two persons, as the others originally expected could not join us). Noise from the town was not an issue and the neighbourhood was quiet. The swimming pool was kept very clean, being serviced twice during the week and, although relatively small, proved excellent for cooling off on the hot days, when temperatures in excess of 37 C were recorded. Parking on the street immediately outside the villa was no problem. Fresh bread for breakfast could be obtained at the supermarket (Mercadona), a walk of 15-20 minutes; and newspapers were available from the kiosk outside the Commercial Centre (on the way to Mercadona).

Notes on accommodation: There is air-conditioning in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms. For winter use there is a beautiful modern log burning fire in the lounge. Outside: The south facing terraced area captures the sun through most of the day and is equipped with an outside dining table and chairs set, sun loungers, 2 large awnings, shower and a BBQ. The pool is 8m x 4m and is perfect for lounging around in enjoying a refreshing swim. There are 2 further separate terraces on the 1st floor and a roof terrace has been added on top of the villa with excellent views of the mountains and the sea and are furnished with tables and chairs. Utility Room: Separate utility room with washing machine. Other: There is also a covered outside area with stylish oval seating and table making it a beautiful spot to keep out of the mid-day sun. A new roof Terrace has just been added with great views to the sea, the mountains and the old Town.

Fabulous Villa

I stayed for one week with friends in June, the house is in a lovely area, close to Shops, Bars, seafront and bus stops for old town and Garrucha etc (near to Parque Commercial). A car would be useful but we got around without this time.

The villa has just about everything you need, the Kitchen is very well equipped, even washing up liquid, cleaning products, store-cupboard etc. Fast wifi.

Outside area is lovely with shaded areas and a nice clean pool.

Chris the owner was really helpful with the booking

Blue Sea Villas who manage the property were extremely helpful also, Phil especially with the check in etc.

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a quiet holiday but with amenities close at hand.

Beautiful villa

As a family with two teenagers this was a perfect villa for us. Quiet yet within reach of the beach. The villa is of a high standard with a lovely pool. In addition to the ground floor patio by the pool it also has a seating area to the front of the villa on the first floor and a roof terrace that looks out to the sea and mountains. This is the place to go in the evening with a glass of wine.

The facilities are excellent and joy oh joy includes a bath! The rest of the family prefered the shower so we were all happy. The air conditioning especially in the bedrooms is very efficient. A well equipped kitchen with many utensils and a small utilities room for the boring things in life.

The villa has good wifi so the teenagers were happy. Long hours in their very pleasant bedrooms on phones leaving us to disappear to nearby hilltop villages for relaxing lunches. I would definitely recommend having a car. It is only a short drive to the village especially if you use the unmade road through the scrub land.

There are lots of restaurants in both the village and along the beach. Aku Aku was good in the evening especially when they had live music and the El Cid for an afternoon beer.

Chris the owner is very helpful as are the staff from Bluesea villas who look after the property.

We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting somewhere quiet but within reach of the beach and village.

Stunning property!

My husband and I spent a week at this beautiful villa. The property is well equipped with everything you need. Absolutely stunning views of the sea and the hills from the rooftop. The owner Chris was very helpful when booking. Lovely pool and surroundings and close to pubs, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend the villa and we will certainly return. Lovely villa with everything you need

Visited mojacar with my husband and 2 children. The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday and provided us with everything we needed. Outdoor area is very private and kids spent lots of time in the pool. A few bars within walking distance however we tended to catch the bus, either up to the old town or to the next town just along the Coast. Owner Chris is very helpful and the ladies at blue sea villas, based in mojacar, are always on hand if you need anything.

beautifull mojacar

Stayed for just over two weeks, i have stayed in many villas in and around mojacar, this rates as one of the best, Very clean and tidy including pool. All faclities you require, i have a partially disabled wife so down stairs bedroom and walk in shower invaluable. gina my wife is not too happy in full sun so covered terrace superb.Position of villa extremly good, very quite area and within few minutes of beach and bars etc. the pool area is really good one nice touch is the pool terracing is in off white tiles rather than terracota so they remain even in full sun fairly cool (good for kids) . if their is a couple of you or family you could not go wrong with this villa. nice to have english couple across the road too.

Beautiful villa

Me and my wife and our 4 daughters stayed at Chris's villa and it was the best experience. ideal for young families , beach very close and shopping center a walk away. The swimming pool was excellent and its private.My daughters spent a lot time just relaxing in the villa. Graham and his wife Sandra live opposite the villa and look after the villa. Graham is always available and happy to help. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to go back soon. i would also advise on hiring a car for site seeing and the rental prices are cheap. There is great bus service and they go to all the near by towns. I also want to point the owner of the villa Chris was very helpful and made my holiday. Brilliant WIFI, kept my girls very happy.
