A quality, modern furnished, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Complete with fitted kitchen, fitted bedrooms, a large lounge and dining area. All are finished to an excellent standard.

The property has excellent views overlooking the golf course and surrounding countryside which can be enjoyed from the 2 balconies. This stunning location is within 45 minutes of Malaga Airport, situated between Alhaurin El Grande and the pretty town of Mijas. The Ballesteros designed golf course has excellent facilities including a clubhouse which serves good quality food and drink.

The pool is adjacent to the balconies and is perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing.

The Costa del Sol beaches are a short drive away or alternatively a trip inland to El Chorro to visit the spectacular inland lakes is definitely worth considering.

Car hire is strongly recommended to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.

About Jonathan & Nicola Sanderson

We have had some excellent holidays at our property. We have 4 children, our daughters are 24, 20 and 6 and enjoy going to the apartment as much as possible. Our son is 21 and has special needs, the apartment and surroundings provide a very safe and enjoyable environment for him.

We love the area, as for us it reflects the true beauty of Spain.

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is alarmed with remote monitoring. Apartment is fully air-conditioned which is coin operated. A cot and highchair are available upon request. Outside: Patio furniture is provided with table and 6 chairs on the balcony. Sun loungers available for use around the pool. Car parking is at road entrance level and access is through personnal gates (with lift access available). There is an electronic intercom into the apartment block. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All house linens and towels are included. These are provided by our on-site management service ready for rental commencement. Additional mid-stay cleaning can be provided upon request.

Fabulous apartment, excellent value

We had a fabulous 14 night stay (August 2017). The apartment was of a very high standard, immaculately maintained, spacious and provided lots of home comforts. The outside area was lovely and our children made great use of pool. We had a hire vehicle and there was plenty to do in the area from Zoo visits, water parks, beaches and chocolate making in Mijas village. Would highly recommend this apartment and will be booking again for next year 😀?

Quiet location, clean & spacious apartment

Good sized, clean & modern apartment with all the amenities. Car or taxi is required to get about though - parking not an issue. Garden & swimming pool well tendered. Nice early morning walks around golf course.

The additional charge for air-con was a surprise especially with no loose change at hand and they have to be at least a euro. A welcome pack would be useful for notes about apartment, such as wifi password, air-con, local supermarket and amenities etc.

Excellent stay for the second time

Really enjoyable stay. This was our second year. Clean tidy, well laid out and with plenty of towels, crockery etc etc.

The balcony over looks the pool and is nicely shaded during the day.

A great place to stay !!!

The property was clean and well kept and has a very well equipped Kitchen . Nothing was to much trouble, we couldn't work the Tv and Nikki sorted it really quickly.

A great location with stunning views over the golf course and mountains. You need a car but it's a really easy drive from the airport and the town of Alhaurin is great for supermarkets and shopping also a nice market on a Thursday .

We would return in a heartbeat and are planning to do so later in the year .

The Costa Del sol is easily explored from the property. Beaches at Marbella, Fuengirola, Cabopino and La Cala are all excellent, along with many others..we haven't enough room to list them all! A car is required to travel to the many beaches.


Malaga Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive by car. Car hire is strongly recommended.


The town of Alhaurin El Grande is a 10 minute drive away which has a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Mijas is a 15 minute drive away and is an excellent example of a typical Andalusian pueblo, its layout dates back to Moorish times. It can be explored by foot or by 'burro' (donkey) taxis and carriages.

Fuengirola is a 30 minute drive away and is a lively resort with hundreds of restaurants and bars, a marina, water park, zoo and shopping centres.

Special interests:

Tennis Courts are available locally at the Alhaurin Golf and Country Club hotel.
