This front line beachside ground floor apartment is set in an amazing position in the luxurious Cerrado Elviria Beach complex. Having being newly refurbished the apartment offers Internet TV with a full package of all the stations including all movies and sports. We also have wifi. An outstanding location with a private south facing garden with sun all day and sea views. The complex has its own tennis and paddle court and water sports on the beach only 5meters away.Situated east of Marbella with shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks etc. Elviria centre just a 5 min walk away. There is a local gym which there is no membership fees. A short stroll away is Nikki Beach where the rich and famous frequent the beach and nightclub. 10 minutes by car you have the bustling town of Marbella with the famous Orange Square. At Puerto Banus, only 15 minutes away, you can witness the jet-set lifestyle along with multi-million pound yachts and super cars. On a more intimate scale there is Puerto Cabopino which is only 5 minutes away by car or a 25 minute leisurely stroll along the wonderful beach. Fuengirola and Benalmadena are also just a short drive away and have untold bars, restaurants and nightclubs and considered more commercial with a brand new indoor shopping mall which houses many of the well known high street brands. The complex has a private gate which leads onto one of Southern Spain's finest beaches.

You were right, it is definitely the best beach in Southern Spain and to be located at the best restaurant on the Coast. The people within the complex were also very nice, with a mix of Spanish and European. Notes on accommodation: This beautiful ground floor apartment is decorated to a high standard and located in a sought after frontline beach complex. Fully air-conditioned and/or heated, this apartment is on the ground floor and has a south facing private 60ft garden with no other building in front. Patio doors leading from the master bedroom and lounge onto terrace with garden table and chairs (seating 6 people) There is an outside BBQ where alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the spacious patio area as well as the 60ft private garden with beautiful views of the sea. Outside: This secure complex has manicured/tropical gardens with water features running throughout. There is an all weather tennis and paddle court. The swimming pool is surrounded by a very large lawn area (formally a pitch and putt), so there is plenty of area for children to play and spacious surrounds for ample sunbeds which are stored under the thatched canopy. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedlinen and hand/bath towels are provided. Maid service can be provided on request. Other: Smoke alarms are fitted throughout the apartment together with fire extinguisher and a security alarm system.

The complex is a 10 minute walk into the town centre and there is a local gym (with no membership fees)

The beautiful sandy beach, considered to be the best beach in Southern Spain is accessible through the gardens within metres of the apartment complex gates. There are many beachside restaurants just steps away from the complex. Together with water sport activities along the beach 5 metres away. It is also very close to the Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach Resort.

Travel:

Malaga Airport is just a 20 minute car drive from the complex and Gibralter airport is only a 90 minute drive.

Distances:

Shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a main taxi rank are all within a few minutes walk. Marbella is just 10 minutes drive away and Puerto Banus another 5 past that.

Further Details:

Elviria Town, which has all your local amenities, such as bank, supermarket, bars, first class restaurants, is only a few minutes walk. There is also horse-riding, wind-surfing, water-skiing, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling which can be arranged at nearby Fuengirola or Benalmadena.

There are many restaurants and snack bars directly on the sandy beach just metres away which is conveniently accessible from the gate that leads onto the beach. Also directly on the beach you can hire sunbeds. The taxi rank is situated within a 5 minute walk.
