A very spacious and superbly located apartment in Leith, just a short distance from Edinburgh City centre. Offering an all-season destination with tremendous style, space and comfort with all of the conveniences you would expect to accompany luxury accommodation. Leith retains many of its original historical buildings and cobbled back streets and lanes that allows the town to keep its original charm and character, making it a wonderful place to live and visit! In Edinburgh, you can take in many famous attractions - the Castle, Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, National Gallery of Scotland, Scottish Modern Art Galleries, Royal Botanical Gardens, Scott Monument, Princes Street Gardens, and the Old and New Towns - to name just a few. The Edinburgh Festival and Military Tattoo runs in August to early September each year and are a must if you visit during that time! Edinburgh is an extremely compact city and easily accessible on foot. Enjoy!

Perfect stay for a honeymoon!

The apartment was clean, well maintained, a honeymoon getaway with fantastic views! The bus stop is across the street, supermarket around the corner, gorgeous views and plenty of restaurants withing walking distance.

The owner is wonderful, informative and a phone call away if needed (not in this case) and you couldn't ask for a more central location to Edinburgh!

The bus stop itself makes an easier, less expensive trip to the castle than the hassle of driving and finding somewhere to park. It was nice to be able to stay in and cook as well! Eating out is a lot of fun, but when you have a kitchen at your disposal and a market around the corner, take full advantage!

The underground parking was super convenient and the owner was quite informative and any questions we had were answered with some pertinent information contained in a binder in the apartment!

Will definitely have to come back to Scotland and stay here again! It was great having a "home base" to come back to after our endless week of excursions!

Excellent apartment with everything you could possibly need. We travelled up by train and as stated the bus was a minute's walk away with a regular service to City Centre. Again supermarket, shopping centre and restaurants etc all within walking distance. Would definitely book this apartment again and recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Business trip or leisure stay

I stayed in this wonderful apartment whilst undertaking an employment contract in Edinburgh. For me it scores above and beyond its five star rating in all aspects : the quality of the accommodation along with the cleanliness, practicality, facilities and its geographical position. For both business aspects and leisure pursuits the apartment is in a quiet setting yet well connected to amenities such as local waterfront restaurants or by regular public transport into the city. The owners were kind, helpful and approachable in arranging the booking and answering any questions to ensure a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this property if you ever need to stay in Edinburgh - I shall certainly return.

SPECTACULAR!!!!

Perfect place to stay for trip of a lifetime! The apartment was beautiful, equipped with everything we needed and then some! The bus stop was conveniently located just out the front door stop making it very easy to get around this beautiful city. It is located in a very quiet secured area with a breathtaking view of the water. I would most definitely recommend this to all my friends and family.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights to celebrate his birthday, we had booked at Tim Kitchin's restaurant in Leith which was a short taxi ride away, although we went back to another restaurant the following night and went by bus which stops right outside the apartment which only took 10-15 mins.

The apartment is immaculate and very spacious , the photos do not do it justice. It's the perfect place for visiting the royal yacht or going into Edinburgh as the buses are so frequent.

There are lots of restaurants nearby and also a short bus ride away.

Absolutely perfect.

My wife and I stayed for five nights and found it perfect. The apartment itself is modern and very well equipped with its own secure underground parking. The location is also very good and you have a good view of the Royal Yacht. The number 10 bus leaves from just outside the apartment and will take you right into the centre of Edinburgh in about 15 minutes. It saves the hassle of trying to find parking which in any event is very expensive. The local amenities are also good with plenty of good restaurants/bars all within a reasonable walking distance. There is a large 24 hour ASDA also close-by.

The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the front of the apartment building, with service to the City centre every 12-15 minutes. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to reach the centre. Waverley Station is in the centre of the City, where you can connect to the extensive rail system to most anywhere in the UK. A bus runs from Waverley Station to Edinburgh Airport every 15-30 minutes. A taxi from the airport to the apartment will take upwards of 30 minutes and will cost in the region of £22.

Booking Notes:
Payment is by UK cheque or bank transfer. A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% (50% during high season) of the weekly rental or £100 for a short break must be paid at the time of booking. The balance of the rental is to be paid six weeks before arrival. The full amount is due if arrival is less than six weeks from the time of booking. A £100 security deposit is due at the time of booking and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment within 7 days of your departure date.

Changeover Day:
Saturday arrival from 16h00 and departure by 10h00 preferred; arrival and departure dates and times are flexible depending on availability. Cleaning upon departure beyond levels considered 'normal' will be charged against the security deposit.

Notes on prices:
Prices are in UK sterling and include the rental of the apartment, utilities, underground parking, cleaning and a welcome pack. Rental periods are for one week or on a short break basis. Minimum booking is for 3 nights and 4 nights during July and August and over Christmas and New Year. 2 nights are charged out at £125 per night. Maximum occupancy is 4. Arrival and departure dates are negotiable depending on availability. Higher rates may apply during school holiday and Festival periods.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
