The apartment is ideally situated on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool from the lounge and master bedroom It is fully furnished and equipped with air-con throughout and everything needed for comfort and security.The 2 bedrooms are en suite and have king size beds lots of storage and wardrobe space and one has a safe. The lounge has direct access to the large pool and sundeck and has 32" LCD and DVD player, full A/C and ceiling fan, kitchen/ diner has hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. and is fully equipped with all crockery cutlery pots and pans , there is also an automatic washing machine. The reception is close and is staffed by friendly English speaking staff who can help with any arrangements you need. The elevator takes you to the rooftop garden with large gas BBQ and the Air conditioned fitness centre with sea and mountain views, there is underground parking and 24hr security.Close to all amenities with Fisherman's Village and its selection of fine restaurants and bars only a 10 mins walk. The lively resort of Chaweng is 10 mins by car. Airport also 10 mins. The Santiburi 18 hole golf course is nearby..

I am from Scotland where my husband and I owned a hotel in the Central Highlands, We moved to Mallorca where we had businesses in the hospitality industry for 20 years before coming to Samui. This is a really great apartment in a peaceful spot but within a 10 minute stroll of some of the best amenities on the island. on the ground floor and right by the pool there are 2 roomy en-suite bedrooms opening onto a private terrace, there's a lovely lounge with LCD & DVD (media library at reception) again the lounge has direct access to the pool and sundeck. The kitchen is equipped with hob,microwave, automatic washing machine, toaster, kettle and all the plates, cutlery, glasses and everything you need ,there's a dining table with 4 chairs and also a desk with chair. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has plenty of storage space, a safety deposit box is fitted and things like hairdryer, iron and ironing table and umbrellas, to keep the sun off you, are all there.WiFi is free throughout the flat and the whole building. The elevator takes you to the rooftop garden area where you'll find a large gas BBQ,toilet and tables and chairs plus of course the air conditioned fitness center not to mention the panoramic views of the ocean and mountains.If you're renting a bike or car don't worry about parking as there's a secure underground car park with space for all. The staff at reception are English speaking and very friendly and will be on hand to arrange tickets, tours, restaurant bookings and just about anything you'll need.

The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from Fisherman's Village which is THE PLACE to go for really fabulous nights out with the complete range of dining experience ranging from simple street food all the way to beachside restaurants specialising in fresh seafood and quality imported meats, there's a great Italian and an excellent Indian, Spanish Tapas and French Bistros. Bars aplenty, a couple of Irish pubs with live music or join in the fun quiz on Wednesday evenings, Friday from 6 o'clock Walking street brings a range of local handcrafts and snack food as well as some really inexpensive cocktails.

The beach at Fisherman's Village is safe for kids and provides all the activities you would expect to find and talking of which Samui has beaches to suit everyone from quiet havens to the livelier Chaweng and Lamai, you're never far from the sea on this island but go inland to see the other side and visit Paradise Park or the new Aqua Park, there's a snake farm, butterfly garden tiger zoo, The Jungle Club with amazing views and getting off the beaten track you're more likely to come across a local harvesting coconuts using his trained monkeys or tending the many water buffaloes. Take a trip to the neighbouring island of Koh Phanghan, famous for its full moon parties or a bit further to Koh Tao for some of the best diving in Thailand.

Whatever it is you want to do , be it a relaxing chill or an action packed holiday, Koh Samui has it all. Enjoy
