Monte Laguna is a development surrounded by the fairways of the Millennium Golf Course and next to the clubhouse. With modern lines and in a very cosmopolitan style. The apartment is new and has 1 master bedroom with an en-suite including a jacuzzi bath. The master bedroom has a luxury John Lewis queen size bed, with contemporary bed side tables. There is ample wardrobe space and central air conditioning throughout the apartment. this bedroom has electric shutters. It also has a side door that opens looking onto a small built in garden. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with luxurious John Lewis mattresses and sheets. This bedroom has electric shutters. The kitchen is state of the art with all mod cons. The gardens surrounding the apartment are beautiful with a semi Olympic sized swimming pool. The outside grounds at the back of the apartment get the sun all day. There is a sizable outside living area with modern tables and chairs.

Fabulous apartment

My husband and I and our two sons aged 19yrs and 12yrs had the pleasure to stay in this gorgeous apartment for 2 weeks. It was truly luxurious and had everything we needed for a family holiday. The lovely Viv met us on arrival and kept in touch throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her! Thank you Kevin and Derek for such a lovely holiday and we would definitely love to return. :)

Perfect everything for us

My wife and I have been to the apartment for a number of years and always want to return, it has a beautiful location and the apartment is pristine. Viv will meet and greet you and is very helpful. Can't wait to get back.

Booking Conditions - 20% non refundable deposit payable by cheque/cash/BACS on reservation, remainder of balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival plus a breakage deposit of £250, breakage deposit will be returned by cheque. Prices quoted are for up to 4 adults sharing.

    Changeover Day:
    Standard arrival time is after 2pm and check-out time is before 11am. This can be flexible dependant upon availability.

    Prices are in pounds sterling for the property per week (7 nights), for other durations please contact us with your requirements and we shall be happy to advise you of the price. Discount for over 2 months. Easter and Christmas rates £578.00 per week.
