You'll find excellent Chinese and Italian food, haute cuisine, delicious local fresh fish dishes and of course the inevitable paella. Many amenities within walking distance from the apartment.

The Old Spanish square and town is a short walk - also an ideal place for lunch or an evening meal.

The location of the property is perfect for either the Marina or the Old Town - both within easy walking distance.

It is perfect for shopping for all your self catering needs.

The AP-7 is just 5 minutes away by car so easy to tour, visit Selwo, Marbella, Puerta Banus or many other tourist spots.

The property is not in the middle of the town but has access to the town. Many guests consider this perfect location.

About Mary Morrison

Brian and I live in West Midlands, UK. Brian is a driving instructor and I am a Operations Manager. We have 4 grandchildren - Ellie, Sam, Noah and Grace. We decided to buy a property in Estepona because of its wonderful location and scenery. We have fallen in love with this beautiful area. The location of the apartment is ideal to walk to the beach, the port, to the old town shops and much more. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday is there for you and your family. We are involved in the local Elim Pentecostal Church. We have been part of mission to Tanzania, East Africa on 6 occasions which we found rewarding and challenging. Although working full time Mary enjoys looking after her allotment, Brian doesn't always enjoy what Mary has grown!

I have partially retired now working 3 days a week. Extra time for my allotment!

Why Mary Morrison chose West Costa del Sol

We purchased the property 'off plan' in 2009. It took a few years to get completion but now it has all been worth it. The area is a perfect location for either a total chill - just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, a stroll to the beach or the Port or looking round the Spanish Town and shops.

We have added wi fi and full English TV.

The apartment is well looked after, has excellent quality furniture and is popular with guests.

What makes this apartment unique

We enjoy the convenient location of the property. Ideal to pop down the road to buy fresh rolls for breakfast and get some fresh fruit. The property never seems to get hot and stuffy and is always welcoming when you return from a day on the beach or a day trip. There is also something good about the fragrance as you walk into the foyer and lift. It is cleaned regularly and the fragrance lingers. The apartment is secure and safe too with vision intercom system. The location is perfect - just a pleasant walk away from the Marina or the beach.

Catherine and Gavin look after the property for us. It is kept immaculate and so very clean.

We provide towels including beach towels. You are welcome to use our sun beds and beach chairs.

You now have the benefit of secure wi fi and apple tv.

Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning / heating in every room - each room is controlled independently. I have included a hair dryer for your convenience. Corner property with view of the sea from the balcony - ideal for sharing a glass of wine before setting off to the Marina for evening meal. The furnishings are excellent quality and so comfortable! We do all we can to keep the property to an excellent standard and receive many compliments from guests. Trip Advisor 5 star rating. Outside: The apartment windows overlook the gardens. The pool is to the side of the block. There is also a children's pool. The pool area is private and is shared by the other 2 blocks.The pool is kept locked and is not open to the public. There is a key to gain access to the pool area for whenever you wish to take a swim. Lay beds are provided by the owner. The balcony has a sea view. In fact the sea can be seen from every room - try sitting on the settee and look out of the patio door towards the sea. Utility Room: Washing machine, drying rack. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen (including beach towels) are included. Meet and greet by Catherine on arrival. Property cleaned for your arrival. Other: Balcony - 4 chairs and small table.

Fantastic property with everything you need and more

We had an amazing family holiday in Estepona with out 2 children (aged 4 and 2). The apartment was generously equipped with everything you could need and more, and the location was great. The communal pool was a great hit with the children, and we'd definitely recommend Playa del Cristo if you have children. We walked this most days with 2 buggies which took about half an hour, but there is plenty of parking there if you've got a car. Would definitely recommend this apparatment and area for couples and families alike. Thanks very much for a wonderful holiday stay!

Home from Home in Estepona

The apartment was easy to find and clean and tidy when we arrived. It had everything you need for a long stay in the winter. Small balcony which had the sun until evening and lovely views over Estepona and towards the sea. The apartment was situated 10 minutes walking from the town and the harbour while the weekly market was right outside. We had an excellent stay and were well looked after by Catherine. We will definitely use it again it was a very comfortable home in Estepona

Wonderful apt well situated

What a lovely apt so well situated for the beaches or the restaurants in the old town or the shopping area, Due to a 2 hour delay at Bristol airport we arrived very late in the early hours of the morning, but this did not phase Catherine who did our meet and greet . Helpful and cheerful she was a great asset . The apt is well furnished and equipped very well located and the lift and the underground car parking are a bonus . The owners were very helpful before our trip and whilst we were there , Thank you so much to Mary and Brian for making our holiday in Estepona so enjoyable.

Nice, france

"perfect comfy home away from home"

We loved it! The apartment was so comfortable (& clean!) & had everything we needed to make our stay complete. Plus every day we were mesmerized by the view. The nearby restaurants, grocery store & short walk to the marina was pleasantly convenient. Mary was so kind & easy to deal with. We would definitely stay again & easily recommend staying here.

Great apartment in Estepona

Susan and I had an excellent holiday at the apartment in Estepona. The owners, Brian and Mary were great to deal with and all relevant information was relayed to us seamlessly. And Catherine, the lady who met us at the apartment with the keys was first class also. We were delighted to that the flat was absolutely immaculate. The property is very large and well furnished. It's on the fourth floor, and the underground garage was a boon for parking the rental car, as Estepona is a very busy place, and parking is sometimes difficult on the streets. The Internet TV box was great as all the UK channels are available, including the full Sky Movies and Sports packages. The weather for the whole week was great for us - averaging around 22 Celsius, which is comfortable enough for us, as we can't be bothered with searing summer heat any more, hence avoiding Spain in the height of summer. So no requirement for the Air Conditioning at all.

The drive from the airport at Malaga took us around 50 minutes - we intentionally used the A7 road, and stayed off the motorway toll road (AP7) which is a bit quicker, but this costs around 15 Euros both ways, so it's up to yourself.

The kitchen had every mod con you will need - a proper home from home. There's a Lidl supermarket a couple of hundred yards down the road which was handy also. We went to Gibraltar on the Sunday and any misapprehensions about queuing in to and out of Gib were pleasantly allayed with no problems encountered. Also, another must see place is Ronda, around an hour's drive inland up the mountain roads. All in all, a very satisfactory trip which was thoroughly enjoyed by us both. I'll be contacting Brian and Mary later in the year to see if there is availability for a winter week back there. In summary, we would highly recommend this property if you fancy a look at Estepona....

We have worked hard to maintain a high standard and have included everything we can think of to make the apartment home from home. Catherine does a wonderful job of meet and greet and also keeps the apartment immaculate. You are right that the underground car park is a "boon" and so convenient. The TV service is a new addition this year - so nice to chill in front of the TV and have plenty of choice of English speaking channels. We find the apartment is popular with couples and some return year after year. The gardens have now matured nicely and feature many different trees and plants all making the apartment location very pleasant. Estepona is still a lovely unspoilt part of the Costa del Sol and the apartment is the perfect location to walk to the Marina, the beach and the Old Town. You mention Ronda and you are right - this is a "must visit" place - not to be missed. Thank you for your recommendation and, of course, you are very welcome to return. Kind regards Mary and Brian

Superb blue flag Estepona La Rada beach is within 10 minutes walk (0.6 miles). The beach is a long sandy beach. The superb sandy Christo cove (beautiful blue flag beach) is a 3 minute drive. The cove has shallow water and is an ideal beach for children. The Port / Marina is 10 minute stroll away - an ideal place for your evening meal. Water sports are in the area. Boat excursions / fishing trips sale from the marina.


Malaga airport is probably the most convenient -45 minute drive from the airport to the apartment, although Gibraltar Airport is also an option. From the airport you can travel by motorway which brings you within 3 minutes of the apartment or by the coast road. Car hire is available from Malaga Airport or there are transfers by taxi or bus. Once at Estepona a car is not needed as everything is to hand. We can put you in touch with car transfer if you prefer not to hire.


Puerto Banus is a 15 minute drive. Duquesa 10 minute drive, Marbella 15 to 20 minute drive. Ronda is a convenient drive away - as is Selwo Adventure park.

Further Details:

Eat Out: The Marina has an excellent choice of restaurants: Italian, Chinese, Indian, Irish, and much more.

Eating in: Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets are 2-3 minute walk. Excellent kitchen facility. I have provided everthing I can think of for self catering.

Shopping: Old Spanish town 10 minute walk. The old town has retained it's Spanish charm - but there are also modern shops. Banks - several banks in the Town and along the promenade.

Hospital: 5 minute walk. Chemists - several - some stay open 24/7

Bike hire: (hire shop within 5 minutes walk). Estepona is ideal for bike riding with a choice of the promenade/beach front area or the more challenging mountainous area of Sierra Bermeja mountains, a national reserve with scenery which will take your breath away.

Boat excursions / fishing trips: sale from the marina with other water sports in the area.

Soft play area within walking distance for children.

Horse Riding: You can take lessons or hire a horse at Estepona's Escuela de Arte Ecuestre. If you travel west along the coast to Tarifa, at the southernmost tip of Spain, you can hire horses for fabulous rides across the miles of unspoilt sand dunes which overlook the Strait of Gibraltar and the coast of North Africa.

Walking:Take a stroll through one of the town's many beautiful parks or head into the beautiful Sierra Bermeja mountains. There are 4 museums in town. The area's past has included long periods of domination by Romans and Moors. Museums: are located within the town's bullring (5 minure walk) - they include a bull-fighting museum with glittering costumes donated by some of Spain's top bullfighters.

Sports facilities: tennis, paddle squash, indoor pool and much more within a few minutes walk. Some hotels and clubs offer tennis, squash and health and fitness facilities such as saunas, spa baths, weight training rooms and aerobics sessions.

Selwo Aventura Sarafi Park: is a short drive from Estepona.

Spanish Festivals: take place in July.
