Spacious 3 bedroom house, sleeps 6-8, air conditioned, within walking distance of amenities and beach.

The house is in Playa Flamenca on the Orihuela Costa, south Costa Blanca. 40 minutes south of Alicante airport and 20 minutes north of Murcia (San Javier) airport. Close to many local attractions and less than a mile to the beach and Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure complex. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped for up to 8 people and with air conditioning in all rooms.

This property is registered with the Ministry of Tourism for the Alicante region as a holiday let and meets all necessary requirements as a legal holiday let for up to 8 people. Registration number VT-442999-A.

A home from home with the reassurance of renting a legally registered property that has to meet certain standards.

Ground floor: Large lounge/diner, kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, shower room.

The air conditioned lounge is bright, airy and well furnished with 2 sofas and a bean cube, coffee table and reading lamp. There is Sat TV, DVD player & DVD's and PS2 consul and games. Also ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Extending dining table and a dresser with books, dvd's, PS2 games, children's games and tourist information.

The shower room has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

The twin bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fan also, two single beds, large wardrobe and bedside tables.

Furnished terrace overlooking the pool with lockable gate. Large dining table, bistro table, recliner chairs and footstools, parasol and barbecue, and plants give it a 'homely' feel.

First floor: Large master bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, large dresser, bedside tables and a private furnished balcony. Room for additional bed or cot if required.

Large twin bedroom with two single beds, (can also be set up with three singles beds if required), with air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, bedside tables and dresser.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, vanity wash basin and toilet.

All rooms are furnished with quality furniture and bedding.

Second floor: Furnished solarium with a sea view. There are two sun loungers, four relaxing chairs, two seater outside sofa and two outside arm chairs, coffee table and parasol.

All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning, ceiling fans and there is a gas fire for the lounge for winter guests. Fully double glazed with security grills. The additional two single beds can be used either in the lounge or in the bedrooms of your choice. All electricity, bed linen and house towels included. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer provided.

Cots and baby equipment can be hired separately. Wifi internet provided and included.

Please note that smoking is NOT permitted in any part of the premises.

There are two pools on the small residential community, one in a garden next to the house. This pool has a very large 'shallow end' and the pool is visible from all outside areas. The other pool is deeper and cannot be seen from the terrace but is close by. The community is a quiet residential one but within walking distance of plenty of amenities. Ideal for family groups and multi-generation family holidays. Suitable for winter breaks and golfing holidays.

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely house . Every thing is provided to ensure you have a relaxing holiday.The layout of the house was brilliant if you go with a larger group , as there was always somewhere to go if you wanted some "space".The house is set in a quiet location , yet close enough to bars and restaurants.The brilliant shopping centre is a short walk away and is a shoppers paradise! The beach isn t far if you fancy a swim but the two nearby swimming pools mean you have all the comforts of home close to hand.

We went with four teenagers who enjoyed everything this location had to offer including a reasonably priced bar just up the road.

Whether you go as a couple with teenagers, young children or alone, this house and its location will provide you with a memorable holiday!

Fantastic property

The owners were friendly and helpful from the off, the location of the villa is great, it's close to plenty of shops, bars, restaurants. It's within easy access to the beach. The villa was clean, spacious and fully equipped, a real home from home and the pool, as anyone can see is really close which was great for my children who went in most days and is also securely gated. Would highly recommend to anyone.

From the Owner

Our short-list for the property was decided as a family. It had to be walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars, with a pool that could be seen from the house, but quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing break. The location needed to be less than an hour from the airport in an area with no high rise developments. And the house needed to be big enough for the family. This house fulfills all the criteria and more.

The local Playa Flamenca beaches are less than a mile away and are awarded the European Blue Flag. The Orihuela Costa is 16km of coastline at the southern end of the Costa Blanca. The main beaches have services such as showers, toilets, ramps, life guard services in high season, first aid and small beach bars in ummer. There are also several small natural coves backing onto the cliffs.

There are two sports marinas on the Costa for water sports.

The largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca is under 15 minutes walk from the house, Zenia Boulevard, boasting 150 shops, bars, restaurants, children's soft plat area, bowling, casino and free daily entertainment.


From Alicante Airport it takes around 40 minutes to drive to Playa Flamenca. Murcia (San Javier) Airport is a 20 minute drive. Playa Flamenca is easily accessed from either the N332 coast road or the AP7 motorway. A hire car is not essential as amenities are within walking distance and there are local buses. Our keyholders can provide airport transfers by arrangement if you are not hiring a car.


The house is close to local shops, including a large supermarket and the huge Zenia Boulevard shopping mall complex. The local Saturday market takes place very nearby. There are tourist attractions to suit all tastes: go-karting, museums, horse riding, quad biking, water parks, zoo, water sports, walks, salt lakes, bowling and just down the road is the famous Mar Menor, known for its water sports and mud baths! There are details of attractions and activities at the house.

Further Details:

At the house you will find telephone numbers for local taxi's, medical centre and airports. There are business cards for various 'tried and tested' restaurants within the local area. The Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre, local Via Park centres and the huge Zenia Boulevard complex cater for all types of food lovers. There are also beachside cafes and restaurants open for breakfast right through to super time so you can look at the sea while enjoying your meal.

Local shops sell souvenirs and crafts and there are several supermarkets and banks. At Zenia Boulevard there is a bowling alley, around 150 shops, bars, restaurants and daily free entertainment - less than 15 minutes walk from the house.

Locally there are markets, go-karts and a small fun fair in main season. There is a water park close by, (transport can be provided to there by our keyholders), from June to September. Within a short drive are riding facilities, off-road quad biking and water sports.

Booking Notes:
Costs shown are per week for up to 6 guests. For 7 - 8 guests there is an additional charge of £20 per week.

End of stay cleaning and laundry fee:
An additional charge of 80 euros for 1-6 people or 90 euros for 7-8 people per stay is made, payable direct to the key holder on arrival.

Dates are shown Saturday to Saturday and usual arrival time is from 4pm and departure by 10am, but when possible we are flexible on days and times.

Payment can be made in sterling or euros. Payment can be made direct to owner by bank transfer in sterling or euros, or by sterling cheque. Alternatively this web site can handle card payments on our behalf (charges may be made by the web site).

A deposit of £150 is required to secure the dates, (retained in the event of cancellation before rental is due) full payment is due 8 weeks before your stay. Deposit refunded after stay, subject to keyholder's advice.

With all the necessary amenities within walking distance a car is not essential. But just a short drive and you are in open countryside with orange groves and Spanish villages. The pool can been seen from all outside areas, from the terrace on two sides of the house, from the master bedroom balcony and from the large rooftop solarium, which also has sea views. And if you love shopping the La Zenia Boulevard complex, with around 150 shops, is under 15 minutes walk from the house.

  • Notes on accommodation: The house is spacious and built over 3 floors, with internal access to the solarium which is furnished and has sea view. The house is fully equipped for everyday living and furnished to a high standard. There are ceiling fans and hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms plus a gas heater in lounge for winter guests. The pool, with a large 'shallow end', can be seen from most windows and all outside areas. There is a barbecue on the terrace. Plenty of outside seating. There is also a second pool on the community. Quiet, residential community. Suitable for families or golfers. Close to large Saturday street market and Zenia Boulevard shopping complex. Although pets in general are not permitted we do allow registered 'helper' dogs. No smoking permitted. Cots and other baby and young child equipment can be hired separately. Outside: There is a terrace on two sides of the house with tables, chairs, reclining chairs, sun shade, plants and a barbecue for 'al fresco' dining. The gate is lockable. Master bedroom balcony has two chairs and a coffee table. Solarium, a large roof terrace with sea views, has a coffee table, an outside two seater sofa and two outside arm chairs, 4 additional relaxing chairs, sun shade and two sun loungers. There are two pools, one in a gated garden clearly visible from all outside areas, the other not visible but close by. The pools and gardens are checked and cleaned daily. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and house towels supplied, please use own towels for the beach and pool. End of stay cleaning and laundry fee of 80 euros for 1-6 people and 90 euros for 7-8 people payable direct to keyholder.
