Modern villa standing on a large plot of 350 sqm of landscaped gardens with a large sun area adjacent to the large pool for private sun bathing. Parking for 2 cars, a dedicated barbecue area and walls around the garden with lockable gate for full security and privacy. Located on the exclusive hills of Castillo. Stunning views of the Atlantic. The property is of a modern design with 2 very spacious bedrooms, a very large lounge and dining area, fully fitted separate kitchen with all utensils, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a private heated pool. The Atlantico shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive with a large supermarket and lots of shops, as well as Burger King and McDonald's for the kiddies plus multi screen cinema including English. The beautiful Castillo beach only a 3 minute drive with crystal clear water and golden sand.

Well Equipped Property with Great Views

We have just returned from a week staying at this well equipped modern property. It is exactly as shown in the photos and was beautifully clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and there's plenty of wardrobe space. Furnishings were mainly from IKEA. It's in a quiet location and the layout offers seclusion and privacy with stunning views from the bedroom looking out towards Caleta and the Golf course due to its elevated position on the hillside. A car is essential and we would recommend Pluscar who we've used many times. Approx 10 minute drive from the airport and 5 minute drive to Caleta where there are shops aplenty and lovely restaurants - recommend El Capitan and Volcano were our favourites. Great flagged beach walk which runs along the whole beachfront for approx 2 miles - great for evening strolls when it cools down. We liked Caleta but felt it lacked the more traditional atmosphere of Morro Jable and Coralejo towns, but it's central location on the island meant we could travel easily up and down to explore. The roads are superb compared to the potholed ones in the UK and with 1 main route from north to south, driving around is easy and roads are quiet.

Close to the house and the golf is the lively but unspoilt tourist centre of Caleta were you will find a wide range of bars restaurants and entertainment. The golden sand beach shaped like a horse shoe and there are plenty of water sports and attractions available a beautiful marina.


Everyone will find something interesting in beautiful Caleta, before the arrival of tourism the area was an important agrarian settlement (due to its fantastic weather conditions and quiet sea). The large expanse of sandy beaches with shallow waters are ideal for both children to play and those looking to relax in solitude by the sea. There's fishing and diving opportunities, and the marina offers the Oceanarium, daily boat trips, and many water sport facilities.


Casa Lola es situated just a 10 minute drive away from the airport, and a short walk away from the centre of Caleta de Fuste. Situated on the Chipmunk Hill Casa Lola offer a beautiful view of the sea and of the town of Caleta. The car is essential.


The Shopping Plaza offering a ten-pin bowling alley, Spa supermarket and more can be reached by a walk along the beach as can the established Wellness-Center is well situated for exploration of the rest of the island, approx.45 min drive to the north - sand dunes, water park, and ferry service to Lanzarote. Approx 45 min to the zoo and botanical gardens on the way to Jandia spectacular beaches.

Further Details:

Caleta de Fuste also offers a truly international cuisine and great nightlife. Very well connected to historic villages and coastal little towns in the vicinity (were you can appreciate the crafts, the architecture, its local cheese and organic grown vegetables etc),
