The Casa Nika apartment is part of a safe and private condominium of 24 similar apartments. The apartment is spacious, cosy, and private, always cool and relaxing. Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning is not required as a smart design ensured that it is always cool in the apartment, without causing allergies by air-conditioning. It is extremely child friendly, with easy access for mature guests. For visitors staying through colder months, a lovely working fire place is available, making winter nights cosy and warm! Outside: Two very large terraces for morning and afternoon sun are very suitable for barbecue and watching sun-rises and sun sets. The apartment is surrounded by lovely tended to gardens and a beautiful sparkling swimming pool is also surrounded by the gardens and shared by condominium tenants. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron/board, drying equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are included as well as maid service at least once a week.

Coast/Beach:

3 min walk to the nearest Centeannes beach. Also available within 5-15 min drive the other most spectacular Algarve beaches: Marinha, Albandeira, Benagil, Carvoeiro. Coastal walks are 3 min walk away.

Travel:

Faro airport is 30 min drive. Hiring a car is recommended (but not compulsory) for greater flexibility and a more entertaining stay!

Distances:

Carvoeiro is 17 min walk, Lagoa is 5 min drive, Silves is 10-15 min drive, Lagos is 30 min drive, Seville is 2 hr drive, Lisbon is 2 hr drive.

Further Details:

Everybody in Portugal speaks English. Supermarkets are near by, most UK banks with cash-points are present in Carvoeiro. The stay is very enjoyable, the nature is not spoilt, but all modern comforts are present as well. It is sheer paradise!
