The villa has five airconditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms and is built over two levels making it ideal for those families who want their own privacy. The main villa has a fully equipped kitchen, three airconditioned bedrooms (two double, one twin) and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. There is a large lounge/dinning room, again airconditioned, children’s playroom and balcony overlooking the pool area. One of the bedrooms in the main villa also has its own private balcony with views of the pool area and children’s play area. The lounge in the main villa has a flat screen TV providing English channels including BBC, ITV, and some news, documentary and children’s channels as well as music channels. There is also an iPod docking station, DVD player, and CD player along with a selection of DVDs and CDs. The villa also now has WiFi. The main lounge area has several sofas as well as a dining table and chairs and a balcony overlooking the pool area.

All the bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned. The entire villa also has gas central heating if required during the colder months. Outside the villa has its own private 8x5m kidney shaped pool with a large patio area and sun loungers. It has a Jacuzzi, table tennis table, pool table, gardens, children’s play area with slide, swings and climbing frame. There is parking outside the villa for up to four cars and the entire villa and gardens are completely enclosed. There is also a gate which separates the terrace area from the pool area for safety if there are small children. The villa has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fully working oven and hob, fridge, sink dishwasher and plenty of preparation space all located in the large patio/terrace area outside the main kitchen. The villa has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board upstairs and downstairs. Linen is provided and is changed for all stays of 10 nights or more. Towels and tea towels provided but not pool or beach towels. There is also a room off the lounge with a Playstation 2 and an X Box with a selection of games. The room also has a flat screen TV and DVD player to entertain the children.

Moraira and surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful unspoilt scenery and beautiful beaches which are about 1km away, about a 15/20 minute walk. The beaches are family friendly well developed and maintained with lifeguards on site.


Moraira is conveniently placed between the airports of Valencia and Alicante (about 90km from each). Valencia airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes drive and Alicante airport approximately 1 hour drive. A car is recommended.


Distance to the nearest supermarket is 0.5km and to the nearest bar/restaurant 0.1km about 5 minutes walk to the closest bar. The main town is about 15 minute walk away. There are some larger resorts nearby that are easily reached by car, train or bus that are well worth a visit, Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are about 15km while Benidorm is about 30km away. Benidorm attracts visitors from all over Europe all year round

Prices are for one week and bookings are generally Thursday to Thursday however we are flexible on days so please contact us for details. Prices include linen which is changed for stays of 10 days or more. The price also includes regular pool cleaning and maintenance and all utilities Wi-Fi and airconditioning. A 25% non refundable deposit is required to book the villa, with the final balance due eight weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £300 refundable security bond to be paid with the final balance, this will be returned after your stay provided there are no breakages.
