Elviria, 25 minutes drive from the airport, home to divine beaches and fantastic attractions. Local facilities include golf courses, Don Carlos Tennis centre, Nikki beach club, health bars and many shops and restaurant. In close proximity to centre of Marbella and Puerto Banus. The complex is secure with gates and 24 hour security. It has 3 swimming pools, gym and a sauna. This beautifully furnished apartment is located on the first floor overlooking the swimming pools and waterfall. A perfect location for those seeking adventure or pure relaxation. The complex is in an ideal location for the beach, golf and tennis. If you feeling adventurous then a short drive away, there is surfing and skiing (water and ice), water parks, zoo and other watersports. The apartment has its own private stairs and all rooms have terraces with lovely views of the tropical gardens and the swimming pools. The main terrace off the living room is equipped with dining furniture.

About Farzana ullah

My family and I have enjoyed coming to Spain and staying in this apartment for the past 8 years since we brought it. The apartment complex is peaceful and an ideal place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Due to the close proximity of Marbella's best beach we have been able to enjoy the sea, the sand and many beach restaurants. In addition the nightlife around Elviria allows all members of the family a good night out, with many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby serving excellent food and wine.

Why Farzana ullah chose Elveria

We wanted to buy an apartment where we didn't need to have a car. This apartment is in a perfect location as all necessary facilities are just a stone's throw away. The beach, supermarket and restaurants are just two minutes away. There is an excellent bus service and taxi rank within 5 minutes walk. The complex is also safe and secure with full CCTV surveillance and 24-hour security.

What makes this apartment unique

I have three boys all of different ages who all enjoy different things. Sometimes they like to relax by one of the three pools however sometimes they take themselves down to the beach and take advantage of the water sports. We enjoy going to the Don Carlos tennis club to play tennis as well as playing football on the Don Carlos pitch with the boys. I often take the bus into Marbella for a spot of retail therapy. The apartment is also just 5 minutes away from the famous Nikki Beach.

We have also used the apartment as a base for further exploration like travelling to Algeciras to board the ferry to Marocco, as well as this we have visited Granada, Nerja and Sierra Nervada.

25 minutes from Malaga airport. Port at Algiceres is about an hour away. Port at Tarifa is about an hour and 15 minutes. Car hire isn't essential as all facilities can be found within 5 mins of walking. Also there is a bus service and a taxi rank.
