The Tombs of the Kings area is located between the vibrant seafront tourist area of Kato Pafos with its famous Harbour and Pano Pafos old town, with its traditional market and modern shopping. Both the old town and Kato Paphoare within easy walking distance of the apartment. The magnificent harbour which is lined with numerous restaurants (with the days catch) is a 15 minute walk away along the new coastal path. Whilst there you can visit the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip.

About Russell Tippett

Russell & Sarah live in the UK in the City of Bristol.

We have a Daughter and Son both at Secondary School. We also have Three cats.

I work as a Service Engineer for Intruder Alarms.

Sarah also works in the Security Industry as an Installation Planner.

We love Cyprus and look forward to our holidays there very much indeed.

The Royal Seacrest at Kato Paphos is an ideal base to explore not only Paphos but also the whole of Cyprus.

There is a vast range of Cafes, Bars, Tavernas and Restaurants very close by.

Along with the the usual Tourist shops, Banks and many other high street delights.

Bus travel and car hire are both readily available nearby and very affordable as well.

What makes this apartment unique

The Property enjoys a quiet location set back from the main hub whilst keeping its very close links to all around.

Our large well appointed apartment has a large sun terrace and a covered patio area with two private loungers.

The complex itself has two large lagoon pools, two jacuzzi tubs, childrens pool, loungers and umbrellas.

The immediate Tombs of the Kings Tourist Area has an enormous amount to offer for a long stay and is an ideal base to visit the Harbour and other parts of Paphos.

Enjoy the coastal walk to the harbour.

Easy walks to both the old town of Paphos and also the tourist area of Pahos.

We had a brilliant time in Cyprus.(30th May-10th June 2015)

Your apartment is spotlessly clean,well equipped and everything you described and more.

From first enquiry to receiving final details to apartment the booking process was faultless and easy.

Any questions we did have you replied to our emails promptly and efficiently.

Being non-drivers it was handy to have a great assortment of bars and restaurants only 5 mins easy walk away.

(Thoroughly recommend Yiamas for breakfast and welcoming owners)

Plenty to do and see as the local buses are quite reliable and vey cheap to use.

The new shopping mall (Kings Mall) is nice to walk around with lots of shops,coffee outlets,and even a cinema.

(Only 15mins walk away)

We were fortunate to have my mother and stepdad on holiday with us in there apartment so we ate and drank at a lot of very nice places.

Try Flintstones bar in town for best cocktails and popcorn.(Leo and Michael are brilliant)

Will look forward to revisiting Cyprus and will have no hesitation in booking apartment again.

Very nice apartment

We stayed in Russell and Sarah's apartment for 10 days, and we really enjoyed our holiday in Cyprus. The apartment is family friendly, because of it's location on the ground floor we could supervise our kids easily as they were in the pool. The apartment is fully equipped and the value for money is very good.

We had a lovely holiday thanks to the convenience of the apartment and the great customer service offered by Russell and Sarah.

Modern and very well equipped apartment

Both me and my husband stayed in the apartment for 10 nights and had a lovely stay.

The flat was very clean and very well equipped - it is nice to have a holiday home where you don't waste money on washing up liquid etc!

The pool was also lovely and well maintained and clean.

The arrival was very simple and completely stress free.

The location of the apartment is also good. A short walk across a dusty field takes you to shops, car rentals and restaurants. It also takes you to the important bus route 615 which runs every 10 mins to the harbour and coral bay. We used this every day.

Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place

First visit to Seacrest and we were not disappointed this is what it says a 5 star complex two lovely pools a gym we'll maintained gardens only a five minute walk to main strip of bars and restaurants we stayed in block C apartment G4 which was superb everything you could need was in the apartment very clean with air conditioning a big patio gated for children safety and leading straight to one of the pools will definitely be booking again.

Relaxing first class stay in Pafos

Very well equipped apartment set back from the Tomb of the Kings Road, but accessibe by a short cut through a dirt track

This apartment has everything you could wish for, nice modern furniture and very clean and well maintained

Nice pools and has a large private terrace which gets the sun from early in the morning

Booking was straight forward and Russell answered any questions I had promptly and effeciently

Bus stops are nearby if you wish to venture to the harbour but is walkable as well, dependent on the time of year you visit and the heat

Restaurants nearby as well and some bars

Found the service in O' Neills friendly and welcoming and is a good sun trap later in the afternoon

Would not hesitate to return and recommend to friends and family

We loved our stay in your apartment, beautifully clean and well equipped.

We have been visiting Cyprus for many years and know the area well but so glad we found this little hideaway.

First class apartment

Lovely apartment so very clean and spacious, everything there to make our stay very comfortable, even the bread and milk on arrival was a very nice touch,Russell made booking so very easy and he answered any queries I had straight away,even the booking of the transfers from the airport,lots of nice restaurant s within walking distance,and the torch was very handy,2 lovely big pools just outside and plenty of sunbeds,overall this was one of the best holidays we' ve had and would definitely go again

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover days and times. Apartment will not be available until 4pm on a changeover day. Apartment must be vacated by 10am on a changeover day. Late stay is normally available please ask.
