The Tombs of the Kings area is located between the vibrant seafront tourist area of Kato Pafos with its famous Harbour and Pano Pafos old town, with its traditional market and modern shopping. Both the old town and Kato Paphoare within easy walking distance of the apartment. The magnificent harbour which is lined with numerous restaurants (with the days catch) is a 15 minute walk away along the new coastal path. Whilst there you can visit the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics or take a boat trip.

About Russell Tippett

Russell & Sarah live in the UK in the City of Bristol.

We have a Daughter and Son both at Secondary School. We also have Three cats.

I work as a Service Engineer for Intruder Alarms.

Sarah also works in the Security Industry as an Installation Planner.

We love Cyprus and look forward to our holidays there very much indeed.

The Royal Seacrest at Kato Paphos is an ideal base to explore not only Paphos but also the whole of Cyprus.

There is a vast range of Cafes, Bars, Tavernas and Restaurants very close by.

Along with the the usual Tourist shops, Banks and many other high street delights.

Bus travel and car hire are both readily available nearby and very affordable as well.

The Property enjoys a quiet location set back from the main hub whilst keeping its very close links to all around.

Our large well appointed apartment has a large sun terrace and a covered patio area with two private loungers.

The complex itself has two large lagoon pools, two jacuzzi tubs, childrens pool, loungers and umbrellas.

The immediate Tombs of the Kings Tourist Area has an enormous amount to offer for a long stay and is an ideal base to visit the Harbour and other parts of Paphos.

Enjoy the coastal walk to the harbour.

Easy walks to both the old town of Paphos and also the tourist area of Pahos.

Your apartment is spotlessly clean,well equipped and everything you described and more.

From first enquiry to receiving final details to apartment the booking process was faultless and easy.

Any questions we did have you replied to our emails promptly and efficiently.

Being non-drivers it was handy to have a great assortment of bars and restaurants only 5 mins easy walk away.

(Thoroughly recommend Yiamas for breakfast and welcoming owners)

Plenty to do and see as the local buses are quite reliable and vey cheap to use.

The new shopping mall (Kings Mall) is nice to walk around with lots of shops,coffee outlets,and even a cinema.

(Only 15mins walk away)

We were fortunate to have my mother and stepdad on holiday with us in there apartment so we ate and drank at a lot of very nice places.

Try Flintstones bar in town for best cocktails and popcorn.(Leo and Michael are brilliant)

Will look forward to revisiting Cyprus and will have no hesitation in booking apartment again.

Enjoyable 5 weeks

My husband and I today left the Royal Sea Crest apartment after a five week stay (our grand daughter joined us for the last week before she returns to uni). The apartment was quiet, well equipped, and suited our needs adequately. The pool was an asset in this very warm weather, as was the air conditioning on a few occassions at night.

Russell, the owner was extremely helpful when we booked, making things as easy as he could for us for when we arrived.

There is a 24 hour bakery just down the road, selling a good selection of freshly baked breads, cakes and drinks. Lidl's supermarket was in the opposite direction, with a few mini markets in between for general groceries.

We hired a car for a portion of our vacation, as we are both geocachers, but the area is well served by local transport, which is very good value for money.

Just a fantastic apartment ideal base to explore Pathos

Great communication with the owners who booked transfer taxi with clear arrival instructions on accessing property.

Complex was clean and we'll maintained.

British tv available if you need it.

Walking distance to many key attractions and bus ride only €1.50 to coral beach or €5 for unlimited day pass.

Simply superb!

We had a fantastic time in this apartment.

Firstly, Russell was super helpful in all aspects of planning the holiday - from the booking, to payment and airport transfers. He emailed me lots of info about the area and all the instructions we needed on arrival to ensure that after the journey we could settle in immediately, which we did.

The actual apartment is totally fab! It has a good size bedroom - plenty of wardrobe space (with numerous hangers!) The living area is bright and airy - the TV has British channels that is great if you want a night in to cool off! The kitchen area is also a good size and has all the equipment you need if you want to cook - even though we were on holiday we stayed in quite a bit and cooked at least 50% of our time there! I have to mention the quality of the furniture - all the wood was solid and beautiful! It really is home to home.

Outside has a fairly private walled patio, which is a total sun trap! The sun hits it first thing and stays there til around 3.30-4pm. A lovely space to lay out if you don't want to go to the pool. On that note, the pool is delicious! There was never a problem getting a lounger or a brolly and the apartment is literally a couple of feet away. The pool area is very well maintained, clean and tidy. There is also two hot tubs that we used as a way to close the day!

To reach the shops there is a short walk through a 'track'- it isn't an 'official' road as such, but causes no problem. It brings you out opposite KFC and then you can have a lovely stroll down the street to the shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is about 15-20 mins walk and we also walked to the Harbour several times. There are many buses that run regularly too if you don't want to walk.

I would highly recommend this apartment to those who want a peaceful holiday in a good location.

Very nice apartment

We stayed in Russell and Sarah's apartment for 10 days, and we really enjoyed our holiday in Cyprus. The apartment is family friendly, because of it's location on the ground floor we could supervise our kids easily as they were in the pool. The apartment is fully equipped and the value for money is very good.

We had a lovely holiday thanks to the convenience of the apartment and the great customer service offered by Russell and Sarah.

The Blue Flag Faros Beach is opposite the complex just 800 metres away. There is a bus stop just outside the complex for those wishing to take a short bus ride to visit Coral Bay. Where there are a variety of watersports.

5* ESPA spa and 5* PADI dive school in the Elysium Hotel is just 600 metres away and is open to the public.

The town itself has two main areas, Kato Pafos (lower Pafos) and Pano Pafos (upper Pafos). Kato Pafos is best known for its medieval fort; old fishing harbour and sea-front promenade and is highly popular with tourists and locals alike! There are numerous sandy beaches here, along with excellent restaurants and entertainment facilities. Cultural events ranging from operas to art exhibitions and concerts regularly take place here. Pano Pafos encircles the colourful Old Market, and is brimming with modern shops and boutiques. The Tombs of the Kings area has the magnificent Tombs of the kings archaeological UNESCO site. The Mosaics of Paphos are part of a large archaeological site that includes a theatre and a ruined castle. It is located in Paphos itself, with the entrance in the harbour.

Our apartment is within easy walking distance to the many tavernas, pubs, restaurants, entertainment, shops and banks of the Tombs of the kings area.

There are Five top class international restaurants a 1st class Irish bar and two "Live Sports" pubs within an easy walk. There are a 5* ESPA spa and 5* PADI dive school in Elysium Hotel opposite. Water fun park, Go-Karting, Bowling alley are all near. Coral Bay beach is a short bus ride away with the bus stop just opposite the complex.

Flexible changeover days and times. Apartment will not be available until 4pm on a changeover day. Apartment must be vacated by 10am on a changeover day. Late stay is normally available please ask.
