This 2nd floor spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach of the Arenal and has secured parking facilities. There is a supermarket on the ground floor which sells both Spanish and English food - all bars/restaurants are just a short walk away. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, lounge/dining room a well equipped modern kitchen and a large balcony with gas BBQ. The complex is secure with electronic gates.

perfect location

A clean property with everything required. Very secure parking and perfect location. 5 minute walk from bars restaurants and a lovely beach. The owners were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. A lovely balcony and washing machine a god send with 2 children! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Many thanks.

We purchased the first apartment in the early 80's on the Costa Blanca as it's accessable by car as well as by plane. We have grown so fond of Javea, within the family we now have 3 apartments and 1 bungalow. All are rented out on a regular basis. Javea is just over an hour away from 2 airports, with daily flights from most UK airports. As it's a little further away from the airports it's a little more exclusive and only has 3 small hotels in the area. Javea has a really friendly feel and is very popular with Spanish holiday home owners. Nearest Airport : Alicante at 60 Miles Nearest Motorway : AP7 - Benissa at 11 Miles Nearest Beach : Platja de l'Arenal at 500 Metres Car: not necessary


Sandy beach of Arenal: approx 400 yards.

Pebble beach: approx 0.5 miles.

Port beach: approx 2.5 miles.


Both Alicante and Valencia airports are approx 70 miles from Javea and both have direct motorway links. Taxis and hire cars are available from the airport. Once in Javea a car is not a necessity.

From the Owner

We love staying in the apartment. It's spacious and has a lovely large balcony. We spend many a warm evening sat there watching the light fade with a glass of wine in our hand listening to music on the CD player. It's so convenient for the beach, well most things are at hand with the added bonus of the pool just around the corner. For those dark winter evenings we have the English TV system and also handful of DVDs. Loads to keep you entertained.

  • Notes on accommodation: Due to the location it's ideal for families and those choosing not to hire a car. Well behaved pets can be accommodated. Outside: The grounds are well maintained with secured parking area, drying area for washing and showers on the ground floor for removing sand from the beach. The pool is accessible at the local tennis club. Access to the tennis club and swimming pool is just around the corner of the block. The pool does not belong to our property but the owners have verified you are welcome to use it provided you purchase any drinks/snacks from their bar. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned before guests arrive with linen and towels provided. Additional changes can be arranged for an additional charge. Please provide your own beach towels. Other: The following are also provided: hairdryer, electronic safe, mobile gas fires, portable room fans. All lets are inclusive of electric. Cots, highchairs and bed-guards can be provided.
