This town house is in a wonderful urbanisation only 300m from the port in one direction, and 300m from El Cristo Beach in the other. The house benefits from marble floors throughout and a private roof terrace. with sun loungers perfect for those sun-worshipers. The house is one of 35 houses and apartments in this well know urbanisation, and all have share of the fantastic pool area and BBQ facilities.

Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for large parties of single sex groups such as hen or stag parties.

Spacious, clean, well equipped, great location near beach and shops!

Great 60th birthday celebration holiday was had by our family of 8 (including baby and pre-schooler). Accommodation was spaceous, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Pool was also clean and there is plenty of shade around poolside.

Took only 10 mins to get to the beautiful beach where there is a great beach bar. Shops are also just a short walk away.

Such a beautiful house and community space. We all loved every second of our holiday. Thank you Tanya. We will definitely be back to Estepona and would of course book one of your properties again with confidence.

Still a little but Spanish!

Property was very spacious and well presented in well maintained grounds.Facilities provided were extensive although do not rely on the TV getting a signal at all! The pool was always clean and there was a really nice mix of residents both English and Spanish.

The surrounding area is very pleasant, the beach minutes away with a great beach bar and there were a few good restaurants at the marina area. We hired a car and it was easy to get about.

Coast/Beach:

Estepona town is to the west of the Cost Del Sol at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja Mountains. Well known for it's 21km of fantastic beaches, Estepona enjoys the Costa's all year round sun....and if you fancy a beach practically on your door step the apartment is situated 300m to El Cristo Beach. A lovely little beach to enjoy the sun and sand, and take a lovely lunch at the beaches chiringuito.

Travel:

Car hire not essential.

Perfect for a car free stay.

Distances:

A fine array of restaurants and bars are to be found throughout the town and in the delightful port and harbour.

The town remains unspoilt and retains its historic charm. If you fancy travelling a little further afield for a days outing, Gibraltar makes for a great day out, steeped in history and great for picking up all that Duty Free. Ronda is simply beautiful, Fuengirola is bustling, Marbella and Puerto Banus (only 20 mins by car) for that designer shopping and celebrity spotting.

Further Details:

There is so much to do in and around Estepona, and so many places to visit. Horse riding, quad biking, dolphin watching, guided walks and private boat charters are only a few of the countless adventures to be had...and don't forget to catch a bull fight. Every Sunday, Estepona port hosts its market. The shopping is great fun, and please don't forget to bargain. The famous Spanish Fiesta are a feast for the senses, there are over 3,000 celebrated in Andalucia alone, so there always seems to be one going on, and foreigners are always welcome to join in the celebrations. (Further details on all attractions, activities and Fiesta dates may be found in the guest brochure). From your holiday home, a short 20 minute walk along the Paseo will take you to Estepona town.

Venture into the old town and marvel at the glorious cobbled streets and Orange Square. There are gorgeous boutiques to satisfy the shoppers amongst us and endless bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours. 21km of coastline with clean pristine beaches is yours to enjoy, dotted with chiringuitos (beach bars), sun loungers to top up that tan, exercises pit stops and children's mini play parks, there is something here for everyone. Marbella and Puerto Banus are a mere 20 minutes by car, and the famous rock of Gibraltar, only 30 minutes by car. (Don't forget your passport ).

  • Notes on accommodation: Number 7 is fully air-conditioned. Secure off street parking immediately by the front door. SKY Freeview channels. For your entertainment there is TV (in the lounge and a further 2 in two of the bedrooms). Outside: The shared pool here at the Belgravia Club, (25m from the house) is a favorite with many...and children. It benefits from graduated submerge steps. There is a communal BBQ area for your enjoyment. The gardens in the Belgravia Club benefit from lush tropical vegetation, and a shady spot is never too far away, to retreat from the Spanish sun with a good book. This property is a firm favorite with returning clients year in year out !! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service after first 10 days of stay. All linen and towels (excluding beach towels).
