Villa Jasmine is set back 2 miles from the vibrant Kyrenia harbour which is a two minute drive, Lovely sea and mountain views all around. There are games and a wide selection of books, sat TV and xbox. Super fast 20MBMB Wi-Fi. A private fresh water swimming pool, large garden with banana grapefruit mandarin and peach trees and flowering shrubs. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and en-suite showers. The upstairs bedroom looks over the sea at the front and Pool/Mountains to the rear. The ground floor has patio doors opening to the Pool and good views of the copper veined mountains providing easy access for customers who have difficulty with stairs. There are a further two twin bedrooms. The landing and one of the twin bedrooms lead to the roof terrace which has an 8 seater granite dining table and chairs for alfresco evenings. Patios also surround the ground floor and theres a BBQ between the pool and kitchen and another granite dining table outside. For a really pleasant villa.

The villa has a cot and high chair for families.

David & Susan have been running holiday properties for 20 years. Aalin Thie has been designed with the benefit of all their experience to bring a first to the Isle of Man.

The apartments are the first to be air conditioned with underfloor heating in the Isle of Man. An array of entertainment with sky world and wi fi. Great location and safe private parking.

David has a private tax practice and Susan is a Nurse

They have two Children James and Rebecca. They also have a holiday villa in Kyrenia Cyprus which they visit each year.

we all had a superb stay at villa jasmine the villa was clean and very well equiped it was also a great touch to have a dongle and a mobile phone whilst there the pump on the pool decided not to work but with one simple phone call this matter was quickly and efficently delt with if we had a moan at all we would have preffered the beds to be just a little softer, i woukld say though that the new air con system that had been installed was superb

Fantastic villa with great views and facilities

This is our second visit to Jasmine Villa and it never fails to impress, we just love it there. It's conveniently placed to access Kyrenia and the lovely harbour. We love North Cyprus, it's such a relaxing place.

Wow - where do I start, a stunning villa in a stunning location. Very well maintained and beautifully kept gardens and pool area. Kyrenia is with out doubt the friendliest place I have ever been on holiday and having the villa so close to all amenities was excellent. Set in a quiet street with no through traffic but only minutes away from the shops and restaurants it was perfect. I can't wait to go there again next year and I would recommend this to any of my family and friends.

David & Susan own Gold award self catering property in the Isle of Man where they live and have brought their award winning skills to bear in North Cyprus. The property is consistently fully maintained and no expense spared in ensuring that it remains a shining example. The villa is in a super tranquil position, no passing traffic with Lovely views yet close proximity to shops best restaurants and beaches. There's plenty of shaded area for sunbathing and dining ensuring that you'll always find a comfortable spot. The villa has four bedrooms one of which is on the ground floor making it suitable for the infirm or extended families.

Larnaca airport 1 hr 20 mins. Ercan airport 45 mins. The owners will happily advise you on the best car hire and transfers available. Car hire is recommended for your stay. Having a commanding position the villa is approx 50 m above sea level.

Distances:

Kyrenia harbour 2 miles - 35 minute walk.

Further Details:

Ten pin bowling, cocktail bar and fine dining 10 min walk. Carting. Paragliding. Water park 10 minutes. Museum, castles and walks. Boat trips. Music festivals. Olive festival (October).

A standard grocery pack an be pre ordered if arriving late £25-38 10 L Outside: Private fresh water pool, BBQ and a large garden with lovely rouge Oleander bordering and a beautiful spectrum of shrubs in vivid bloom throughout the year and orange peach olive and banana trees. Sun loungers and cushions, tables and chairs. Two polished granite dining tables and chairs, one on the roof terrace overlooking the sea and Kyrenia, and one downstairs. There is a charcoal Cypriot style BBQ adjacent to the kitchen. Under the pergolas is a professional outdoor table tennis table which easily folds way. Utility Room: Boiler room - houses gas boiler. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Mid stay cleans can be arranged for an additional charge (£55 2013).
