About this property

Our villa has recently been upgraded with new furniture, 60 inch smart TV, Firesticks in bedrooms spacious living area and dining for up to 8 people. Ideal for two families with two king bedrooms.

You can enjoy a game of snooker or air hockey if you can manage to tear yourself away from the many theme parks and shopping malls.

Eating out is easy, choosing where to go is more difficult with so many restaurants to choose from.....Millers Alehouse, Chilli's, Crackerbarrel, Applebees, Wendy's, Denny's, McDonalds, iHop, just a few of the restaurants in the area. Publix Supermarket is close by or if you prefer, you can drive for around 15 minutes to the 24hr Walmart on the '27'.

No matter how many are in your party I'm sure you will find our location suits all. Easy access to the I-4 and 192.

So glad we returned to this fab villa

We stayed at this villa previously and loved it, we stayed longer this time around and still loved it! The villa is perfectly equipped for a great stay and our children certainly made daily use of the pool and games in the garage! The booking and communication with the owner was great and the management company couldn’t have been friendlier or more efficient when a smoke detector started beeping and needed a new battery. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect base for exciting holiday!

Just after booking this property I received a personal email from the owner, this completely set me at ease, and quite rightly so. From the minute we opened the door we felt at home. Safe, clean and luxurious. It is perfect for our family. This is our last day and we passed through some hotels. We turned to one another and said we were so glad we had the villa. Our own haven to escape to after a busy day, where we can sleep in and not worry about house keeping, where we can truly relax! I recommend the property and know that if we visit Orlando again, we will hope this property is available to us! Many thanks for sharing your home with us!

Lovely villa in great location.

Villa was beautiful and possibly one of the nicest we have stayed in from our nine visits to Orlando to date. Spotless, new appliances and a too comfy bed. South facing so sun all day and again clean and no lanai damage. Certainly on our to stay at again list. Betty was a pleasure to deal with through all stages.

We live in Scotland and have a son, daughter and four lovely grandchildren. We have enjoyed holidays in Florida since 1980. We bought our beautiful 4 bedroom villa in Orlando in 2005 knowing that our grandchildren would enjoy it as much as we have over the years. When we are in Florida we enjoy taking our grandchildren to the many theme parks (there is always something new to see!!). They also enjoy our large swimming pool on their 'rest' days from the parks.

Why they chose this property

We are close to Disney and only 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. There is a great choice of restaurants, shops and of course fantastic golf courses with Champions Gate being only a 3 minute drive away. We love to go to Clearwater beach or visit some of the beautiful shops in Sarasota. There is also a great opportunity to spot some wildlife on the Gulf Coast our choice being Englewood or Venice.

What makes this property unique

Our 4 bedroom villa has a lovely south facing outdoor pool 15 x 30' that can also be heated if necessary. When we get back from all the outdoor activities that are available we like to relax with a refreshing drink at the pool. The villa also has flat screen televisions in all rooms, our recent addition being a Smart TV. We also enjoy the pool table and air hockey in our games room.
