Beautiful high end apartment. Sleeps 4/6 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 'Nyumba de la Luz' is an air-conditioned ground floor apartment with satellite HD TV and WIFI (conditions apply). The apartment has all modern conveniences and 24 hour security control. It's nestled between the River Guadiana (borders Portugal) and a protected national park famous for it's bird life. It has a communal pool, 7km of beautiful sandy beaches nearby, superb shopping and beautiful walks.

About the Owner

My name is Jane Hill. I manage this property for my brother Ian Howard who is currently on contract in Thailand. I'm a touring Golf Professional who has travelled extensively so looking for the right place for my brother to retire to was a very important decision. Costa Esuri ticks all the boxes especially as it has a lot of English speaking residents but not a lager-lout in sight!

Ticked all the boxes! Beautiful area, lovely people, and beaches that are unspoilt and extremely clean and safe.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Faro at 66 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

The beaches in the area are stunningly beautiful. They are between 10 and 20 minutes drive (depending on which one you choose). There are also many award winning restaurants just a short drive into Ayamonte.

There is an award-winning beach in Portugal - take the motorway over bridge into Portugal and take 2nd exit (A22).

At roundabout go left and take 1st road on your right signposted 'Praia Verde'.

Travel:

Faro Airport is 40 minutes and Seville Airport is 90 minutes drive (all motorway). A hired car is advisable. Directions: exit A-49 sign posted ‘Ayamonte’ and head north into the Costa Esuri complex. At roundabout take 1st exit and pass through several roundabouts until you come to end of road. Turn left and take 1st road on your right. After 200yds enter security gate on right and keep right until you can’t go any further. Park in bay ‘141’. Take pathway up and enter Portal 2. Door is on left.

Further Details:

There is a large supermarket in Ayamonte (come out the complex and go under the motorway in the direction of ‘Ayamonte’). The shopping centre is on your left. There is a huge Plaza in Portugal which is worth a visit. Take motorway over bridge into Portugal and take 2nd exit. At roundabout take 1st exit towards ‘Faro’. The plaza is about a 10 minute drive and is situated on your left. There is plenty of free parking.

Outside: There is patio furniture (with cushions) and the garden has several fruit trees which is watered by a controlled system. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron/ironing board, hoover. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels, etc all included - apartment professionally cleaned and prepared for arrival. Caretaker can be contacted 24 hours a day. Should you need a cleaning/maid service during your stay this can be arranged by the Caretaker at your cost.
