This beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa is ideally located 15 minutes from the Airport in a quiet residential area on the South Coast of the island. Convenient shopping, restaurant, bars, bus service are minutes away. The pool area is totally secluded. As is the large decking area for sunbathing with sun loungers, hammocks and 8 seated dining table. It's a lovely home away for family and friends while on your Caribbean Holiday.

About The Owner

myself and my husband had been travelling all over Europe for many years,on our first visit to Barbados in 1994 we feel in love with the Island and its friendly people.

we purchased property that needed refurbishment and enjoyed doing this over a number of years,Our aim was to get our home to a standard where guests would also feel comfortable.We ourselves spend our winter months on this beautiful island and are always sad to leave.

you can visit at any time of year and you are guaranteed warmth and sunshine,the people are very friendly,always happy regardless of what they may have.we have met many people who travel to barbados every year for their vacation so we have made many friends.Our property is situate in a quiet residental neighbourhood,yet all amenities is only 5 minutes walk.There is total privacy surrounding the pool and all of our home.

Nice house, nice location

Spent 7 glorious days in the Barbados sunshine and this house was in an ideal location (even though the locals couldn't fine it). The house is a short walk from the beach in St. Lawrence Gap and also a short walk from the Number 11 local bus route. The Number 11 gets you to/from Oistens and Bridgetown for $1. The house made for a nice home base and was equipped with most of what you need to live normally. We lived around the pool and on the deck most of the time we were 'home' since it was so relaxing. The area was beautifly landscaped and we even had a green monkey show up one morning. The place had an interesting layout, though with as shower and a sink in the corner of one bedroom. For a long term vacation this is an ideal spot.

Loved every minute of our holiday

Fab stay owners very helpful had shopping in for us as it was New Year’s Eve and shops were shut very spacious property lovely pool and outside eating area x enjoyed our stay on the island got out and about on Jeep safari and catamaran cruise 10 mins walk to beach 15 mins to st Lawrence gap lovely restraunts bars would definatley return x love Barbados

Lovely property, ideally situated with great service

We stayed for ten nights in July, and I have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay. The house is spacious, traditionally furnished with three big double bedrooms which benefit from both air conditioning and fans so very comfortable for sleeping. We tended to eat out, but the kitchen is fully equipped if you wanted to prepare meals. The back garden is fantastic - very private and pretty with a selection of flowering shrubs and a lovely big pool, and we were thrilled to see monkeys visit us one day. We had a car and visited a lot of the island, but it would be easy to manage without one as the bus stop is close by and it is a few minutes stroll down towards Dover beach and the start of St Lawrence Gap.

Teresa the owner gave us all the information needed and also some tips for local restaurants, and was in constant touch to check all was ok. June the housekeeper was on site to meet us and show us around, and the one minor problem we had with a faulty iron she very quickly resolved by turning up with a replacement. The team were supported by weekly visits from the pool man and Mary the lovely lady who came in to clean.

My top tips would be to visit Oistins for fish Friday, and a trip on the Stiletto catamaran for a fabulous day swimming with turtles.

We had a great time in a nice house with great pool.

This home had everything we needed in a relaxing neighborhood. The pool was great and allowed us to enjoy relaxing around the house without having to rush around. There is AC in every bedroom along with a fan so it was never too hot to sleep. The house is located near Oistins, an outdoor restaurant area where the locals cook their daily catch, this is your best value if you are getting dinner out and it's the best food on the island. The home has all the items you need for cooking, we did breakfast home every day. We enjoyed going to the ocean, it is a couple blocks away. Dover beach has chairs to rent and drinks can be bought right on site. We enjoyed ourselves.

Great! Lovely home from home

A lovely holiday home ! Within walking distance of the Gap and only a stones throw from oistins. From the moment we arrived we had a great time . Colm and Teresa greeted us when we arrived and showed us around their home , it felt like our home for the next 2 weeks , comfortable and roomy and clean . It was a pleasure staying in as it was going out . We had a fabulous holiday and will not hesitate in going back . Thanks again 👍

Relaxing Holiday, with fun just down the street

Where to begin, Teresa & Colm couldn't of been more helpful from start, during & finish of our holiday. We've had the most relaxing time in this lovely villa, its a home away from home. There was everything there we needed for our stay. On arrival we were met by June ( housekeeper), Teresa had arranged for her to buy us some groceries & the beers were chilling in the fridge. June showed us around & made herself contactable for our whole stay. The pool is fantastic & kept clean each week by Paul who was very entertaining. We spent most of our time in & around the pool. Although the villa is near The Gap its so quiet & a sun trap idea for sunbathing. Even the garden provided entertainment with its wildlife, monkeys, humming birds, dragon flies, lizards & chickens. There are shops near by that sell everything. Massey stores (supermarket) are brilliant & provide a free taxi back to your door. Reggie buses & Taxi's with (no.11 or no.3) are amazing & just $2 each. Dover beach just 5 mins walk away is stunning, there are loads of local eateries & shops. There is also a Virgin Hut offering tours with a very lovely English lady (Chris), who loves to share her 18 years of living in Barbados knowledge, doesn't matter if you are not with Virgin. Not forgetting the food vans selling local food, well nice.

I could go on & on & on.......

Would definitely go back & highly recommend this villa, was so sad to leave.
