Cabanas is a 40 minute drive from Faro Airport and is accessible via taxi, bus or train. Tavira (one of the oldest towns in Eastern Algarve) is a 5 km drive from Cabanas with it's own charm and a beautiful Roman bridge. Cabanas is a protected nature reserve and ideal for fishing, swimming, cycling, walking and bird watching. Being 30 minutes drive from Spain, you may even opt to travel further afield. - This outstanding 1st floor apartment has been furnished by the owners with high quality fixtures and fittings to make your holiday as memorable as possible for all the right reasons! Relaxing Holiday

Really enjoyable family of 5 holiday, great area, very clean pool with plenty of sun loungers. The apartment was finished well and has a lovely view over the pool.

This is one of the first holidays where we did not need to hire a car. Craig organised a taxi from the airport and we used them to have a great day out at the waterpark and a trip to Tavira shopping mall. The rest of the time we went by train or walked into Cabanas and took the water taxi to the beach.

The local restaurants were fantastic and the entertainment at the Vert'in on Saturday night was a good laugh.

The only things that would have improved our holiday would have been a second set of keys with another fob to enter the pool and according to our girls the sofa bed in the lounge was not very comfortable.

Craig was very easy and helpful to deal with and I would highly recommend his apartment.

With regard to the additional keys, I can resolve this and will issue another in future. With regard to the fob, this is not quite so easy because each apartment is only issued one by the condominium to prevent unwelcome visitors using our facilities. Excellent spacious and well equipped apartment, with a great balcony overlooking a fantastic pool

This is an excellent apartment, was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with air con, dishwasher, washing machine, TV etc. It has two twin bedrooms, an en-suite and separate bathroom, with a great living room and kitchen area. It also has a fantastic balcony overlooking a really well maintained and lovely clean pool area. The pool also has its own toilet and shower facilities, all lovely and clean.

We arrived by car and the the apartment has ample parking space. The apartment and surrounding areas felt really safe and secure.

The apartment manager who met us on arrival was really helpful and made himself easily accessible throughout our holiday if we had any questions or problems.

The apartment is just 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main restaurants and bars. Cabanas is a great resort with fantastic beaches and really friendly locals.

The apartment owner was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole booking process really easy, a very reliable and trustworthy owner who responded to our questions and queries promptly. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Excellent Apartment

Had a really nice holiday in this excellent apartment. Clean and very well equipped. Well located minutes from the little village of Concicao and a short walk to the strip in Cabanas. Excellent bars and cafes close by offering fantastic value for money. The beach at Cabanas has to be one of the best around. Thanks to Craig for making the whole booking process painless and to Wendy who met us on arrival and was so helpful.

Excellent apartment about 10/15 mins walk to Cabanas which has plenty of great restaurants.Ideally located for the train station which we used to visit Tavira and Villa Real. A nice relaxing holiday.

Well appointed apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at Cabanas and at this apartment. The apartment is safe, very clean, and was spacious for a family of four. The pool area is well maintained and cleaned everyday. The location we found was great, having the train station so close by was a real plus if you like to get out and about and we visited Tavira, Vila real and Futesa which are all worth a visit. The bars , shops and restaurants are a short walk from the apartment and very reasonable.The owner was a pleasure to deal with and organised the transfers for us which was ideal. I would definitely recommend this apartment for families and couples looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Cabanas is a gorgeous location. It's not over busy, full of great restaurants and bars, has a fantastic beach. The apartment itself overlooks the pool and has a large balcony with loungers. Great place for chilling!

Nearest Airport : Faro at 30 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Vert Inn at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Vila Real to Ayamonte at 25 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Benamor at 1 Kilometres Nearest Train : Conceicao at 0.1 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : N125 at 0.2 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Vert Inn at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Cabanas at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary


Cabanas Beach is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and can be accessed via a 1 minute boat trip from the harbour. With extensive white beaches and a coffee/snack bar and 2 bars, this is an ideal getaway.

Tavira Beach 15 minutes away by train, bus or taxi. This is a busier beach with more restaurants and bars. There is a ferry over to this beach too.


Faro Airport is a 40 minute taxi/car journey, but is the apartment is easliy accessed via train or bus.

Ample parking available.


Tavira town is a five minute bus, train or car journey from Cabanas and Spain is approximately 30 minutes journey by train of car.

Further Details:

Nearby there are 2 excellent grocers where you can get everything you need. There is a market in Cabanas and a large shopping centre a 5 minute bus/taxi ride away.

Cabanas and Tavira have lovely restaurants and there is plenty choice for every taste.

Eating out is very cheap compared to other areas of the Algarve.

Very easy to arrange activities eg boat trips, water parks, shopping, golf etc
