Tennis court, sea canoe and 2 bicycles are free of charge. You will enjoy the sounds of the sea waves and stunning view of sun rise. Birds watchers have the opportunity to search for rare species which Cyprus is famous for.

We bought this wonderful bungalow while my husband was flying as a captain in Cyprus. We have fallen in love with Cyprus climate (325 sunny days), wonderfully clean and warm sea (7 months bathing) and secure surroundings. Bungalow is only 5 min drive from the airport despite of that there is no noise disturbances. Since we are very fond of sports, active holiday like: wind-surfing, canoeing, tennis, biking, and jogging suits us very much. Despite being active we also enjoy restful and easy going life which we found in privacy and tranquility of our bungalow and it surrounding.
Convenience of the property is the vicinity of the sea (30 meters) and usage of canoe, bicycles and tennis court free of charge.
"Nice having the bikes available! Appreciate the little supplies that were left for us when we arrived, the bungalow is ideally located approximately 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown Larnaca, but you would never know it from the quietness and serenity. Not once did we hear any airplanes, only the sounds of the sea and the birds. Our accommodations were quite spacious and we had a wonderful time cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The village which contains the bungalow is very quaint and the other residents and vacationers were very friendly. At times it felt like we were the only ones in the village! We rode bikes to the internet cafe and supermarkets in Pervolia and the ride is very enjoyable and very picturesque. In addition to the visual appeal of the bungalow, we felt very secure with the gated entrance to the residence village. We can't express how we pleased were with our stay. Thanks, again!

We really enjoyed our vacation in Yialos.
Bungalow is beautiful and convinient, all as in the pictures.
Location is great, as you are close to the sea and it's also quite.
We went to the market using bikes and took taxi, while visiting Larnaca
Host is reponsive and easy to communicate with.

Booking: direct through the owner. 25% deposit required at the time of booking(non refundable). Balance due 8 weeks prior arrival. Security deposits of 300 Euros to be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure if no damages/breakages occur. Cancellation refunds : Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
Notes on prices:
Price is for the property in short (nightly) and long period (monthly) in euros. Minimum stay is one week. Electricity should be paid extra and calculation goes by meter (0.50 euros per unit). Three/four weeks discounts available. Flat rate of internet is available. All consumptions of water, electricity and internet in long winter lets should be paid by tenant. All expenses about the garden will be covered by the owner.
