As an artist and fond of nature I was being very much inspired thanks to that tranquility and beauty of nature.

My family and lot of friends are very fond of this property.

The most important for the guest is to feel relaxed and comfortable, as in own home.

"Nice having the bikes available! Appreciate the little supplies that were left for us when we arrived, the bungalow is ideally located approximately 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown Larnaca, but you would never know it from the quietness and serenity. Not once did we hear any airplanes, only the sounds of the sea and the birds. Our accommodations were quite spacious and we had a wonderful time cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The village which contains the bungalow is very quaint and the other residents and vacationers were very friendly. At times it felt like we were the only ones in the village! We rode bikes to the internet cafe and supermarkets in Pervolia and the ride is very enjoyable and very picturesque. In addition to the visual appeal of the bungalow, we felt very secure with the gated entrance to the residence village. We can't express how we pleased were with our stay. Thanks, again!

Excelent vacation place!

We really enjoyed our vacation in Yialos.

Bungalow is beautiful and convinient, all as in the pictures.

Location is great, as you are close to the sea and it's also quite.

We went to the market using bikes and took taxi, while visiting Larnaca

Host is reponsive and easy to communicate with.

Totally recommend!

We bought this wonderful bungalow while my husband was flying as a captain in Cyprus. We have fallen in love with Cyprus climate (325 sunny days), wonderfully clean and warm sea (7 months bathing) and secure surroundings. Bungalow is only 5 min drive from the airport despite of that there is no noise disturbances. Since we are very fond of sports, active holiday like: wind-surfing, canoeing, tennis, biking, and jogging suits us very much. Despite being active we also enjoy restful and easy going life which we found in privacy and tranquility of our bungalow and it surrounding.

You are on the beach. Seafront bungalow (30m) with undisturbed view to the sea. The sand/pebbles beach is almost private. Ideal for walking along the beach, canoeing, windsurfing and kite-surfing.


Airport 5 minutes drive. There are no disturbances from aircraft noise. A car is recommended for those wishing to explore the Island. Bus service exist and operates to Larnaca. First bus stop is 15min walking distance. There are a few low-cost airlines flying to Larnaca.


Restaurants and shops are 5-10 min drive. The closest are only 15 min walk. Pervolia village is 10 min drive. Meneou and Kiti, villages are 5 min drive. To all those places you may ride a bicycle safely. Larnaca town center is 15 min drive. Nicosia and Agia Napa are 30 min drive. Limassol is 45 min drive. Paphos is 90 min drive.

Restaurants, banks, local shops are close to this place in villages: Meneou, Kiti and Pervolia. Birds watchers have the opportunity to search for rare species which Cyprus is famous for and which you can watch only 100 meters from the house. Places of interest: ancient sites, Lefkara place, famous for traditional lace making and silver handicrafts, then Troodos mountain with nine Byzantine churches and Kykkos monastery counted among UNESCO's World Heritage Sites and of course beaches.

Booking: direct through the owner. 25% deposit required at the time of booking(non refundable). Balance due 8 weeks prior arrival. Security deposits of 300 Euros to be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure if no damages/breakages occur. Cancellation refunds : Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.

Notes on prices:
Price is for the property in short (nightly) and long period (monthly) in euros. Minimum stay is one week. Electricity should be paid extra and calculation goes by meter (0.50 euros per unit). Three/four weeks discounts available. Flat rate of internet is available. All consumptions of water, electricity and internet in long winter lets should be paid by tenant. All expenses about the garden will be covered by the owner.
