Bedroom 1 - tastefully furnished king bedroom with fitted wardrobes, quality units & patio doors to terrace + views to mountains. Bedroom 2 has 2 x 3' beds, well furnished with fitted wardrobes & views of pool and sea. The Bathroom has bath, WC and sink. The kitchen has quality units with granite work surfaces. Modern appliances incl. dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker hob and hood, microwave, other appliances, full settings for up to 6 people, views to sea.
The well-equipped lounge also opens to the terrace. Two sofa units include 1 which is a sofabed. Tasteful furnishings including table & chairs, Wi-Fi, Hi-fi & 32 w/s TV, Sat & full UK TV (incl sports & movies) via android box and DVD player. C/W AirCon & ceiling fans. The Double-width terrace has stunning views to village & mountains, pool and sea. Patio has table, chairs, 2 sun loungers and BBQ. Cleaned prior to occupation, + bedding change after 1 week. The apartment includes towels and linen including bath towels.
We aim to provide a tasteful and well-equipped base for your holiday in Cyprus, and you can do as much (or as little) as you wish! There is something for everyone in or near to Peyia, and our apartments are close to as much fun and action as you want but in a quiet and tranquil setting.
The Vanessa Resort is a quiet top-level and year-round resort with Peyia's largest Pool, which has been newly re-lined for the coming season, and now has 'Roman Steps' rather than ladders for easy access . The studio is on the 1st floor & the 2-bed is on the top floor of the same Block, with views to mountains/sea/pool.
Both are tastefully furnished & well equipped with Ceiling fans and Air Conditioning, Widescreen TV with satellite, Hifi, & Wi-Fi. (The 2 bedroom now has reception for UK terrestrial TV channels). The apartments have Elite mattresses & large terraces, & are only 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay, the best beach locally.
The complex is close to the centre of delightful Peyia village. Within a walk are choices of bakers butchers supermarkets, tavernas, restaurants and bars. Communal facilities include large pool, further plunge pool, heated indoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi bath, changing rooms, sauna, Table-tennis & gym plus gardens, on-site parking, & lifts.
There is a Bus service to Paphos and Airport. The apartments are just 20 minutes from Paphos Centre, with its culture, history, port and abundance of shops (with a new shopping centre opened in 2014), bars and restaurants.
Nearby there is cycle hire, go-karting, horse riding, a Zoo, waterpark, golf (9 whole par 3 within 10 mins / full course near Paphos), making this a fine location for a family holiday.
For those wanting that 'special touch', There is also a choice of Spa's nearby including 1 with excellent day facilities and rates in nearby Coral Bay, and there is also a full commercial Gym in Peyia within walking distance of the apartments. Full details are kept within the apartments.
There are also a wealth of quiet wine-growing and fishing villages, coastal resorts and cultural sites in the area. These can be explored on foot, by bicycle, car, quad-bike, motor-cycle or organised tours for families or for couples alike. (Cyprus has been part of many of the worlds major empire and civilisations, and all of these peoples have left there mark for you to enjoy now).
It is only 15 minutes to famous Lara Beach on the Akamos Peninsula, with its wild turtle reserve and nature reserve. The Troodos mountains and Mount Olympus are 75 minutes away, where (at over 6,000 feet high) you can explore monasteries, pine forests and you can ski in the winter.

We feel that Peyia (and Cyprus) have all to offer that anyone could want in a quality holiday. Peyia is close to Paphos, Coral Bay (and its forthcoming Marina), and other parts of the Island which are scenic and beautiful.
The village itself has everything needed, but is quiet and tranquil. The apartments and village have lovely views to mountains and sea.
We have fitted the partments in what we thin is a stylish but practical way, and have tried to fit them out with everything you need (except GHD's for the ladies!) We have also tried to include as much detail in the listing as possible but please contact us if you have any questions.
Our apartments at the Vanessa complex are on what we believe is possibly the only development in the area offering this combination of quality, safety and tranquility combined with the largest pool in Peyia and the other 5 star facilities as listed.

If its available you can book! Guests must vacate by 11am on date of departure (or by arrangement). New guests may arrive after 3pm or by arrangement. Necessities provided incl cleaning materials and hot drinks.
Notes on prices:
We have low season availability and will offer attractive prices especially for longer lets. (Check 'availability') Discounts given for 2 weeks plus, or for rental of both units together. Substantial reductions for long-lets = below 50% of weekly rates. (Request price). £20 extra per week for 5+ in 2-bed apt. Letting includes reasonable usage only of air-conditioning units. Returnable (not banked) security/breakage deposits are required and full details are listed in booking note.
Relaxing stay in a very good apartment with everything you could need. Excellent terrace for sunbathing, good sized rooms and kitchen with all the essential appliances and more.
The Vanessa complex is perfectly located about half a mile from Peyia village centre but within easy reach of Coral Bay and Paphos.

Just had a few days away in Vanessa apartments had a lovely time and a chilled relaxing holiday in peyia near coral bay. Very nice area and would go back again. Apartment was lovely and clean and was like home from home. Definitely worth a visit.
Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at Vanessa Luxury Apartments. Kevin and Julie were so helpful and supportive throughout our booking process. Nothing was too much trouble. I have always stayed in hotels before and booked through tour operators. I was worried as you hear horror stories. I only wish I had opted for this type of holiday before.
The apartment is immaculate , spacious and has everything you could wish for. A true home from home.The pool is absolutely stunning . The views are spectacular with a view over the pool from the bedroom , the mountains from the balcony and the sea from the kitchen !!!
The beds are so comfy. It really is an absolute bargain price for the quality of accommodation and facilities on offer.
You do need a car to fully appreciate the surrounding area. It is only 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay which is a great beach. It also has a small strip of bars and shops which we enjoyed visiting during our stay.
We ate at a lovely restaurant opposite Othello's and had the set menu which included rib eye ( the best I have ever had ) . It was only £18.95 for three courses which I feel is really reasonable.
There is a lovely bakery /patisserie just minutes down the road ( by car). Lidl is not far heading towards Pathos .
The port / harbor is also lovely in the evening for a stroll and a meal/drink.
I have recommended to all my friends and family.
