Unique mini-villa, ideal for 2 people.

This delightful little villa is close to Kanapitsa Beach and within walking distance of other beautiful sandy beaches. The interior of the house has been recently modernised, it is open plan with a sleeping area, a separated sitting area and fully equipped modern kitchen. There are three terraces one east and one west facing and a roof terrace with views to the islands of Tsoungria and Tsoungraki.

Notes on accommodation: Guests are requested not to smoke inside the house. We prefer that p20 or similar once-a-day sun screen products are not used as they can permanently stain fabrics and some plastic surfaces. Outside: There are two terraces with table, chairs and sun loungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The final clean and a weekly change of linen is included. Beach towels are provided.

my partner and I stayed for a week at Spitaki and if you want peace and quiet in a delightful location whilst having local amenities at hand, this is the place. When we arrived we were met by Mick who looks after the property for the owner. He had kindly done a shop for us and purchased items to tide us over. The property itself has everything you need and is ideal for a couple. It has a seated area at the front which looks out to the sea and a small enclosed rear garden in which to take in some sun! The views in the area are simply stunning, especially walking down to Kanapitsa which has a lovely Taverna on the beach which we dined at on a number of occasions during our stay. Didn't feel a need to hire a vehicle. The walk to Kanapitsa took ten minutes and from the beach you can catch the boat to Skiathos town for 3 euros each (children free). It takes 20 mins and runs from early morning to late evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation for recommending it as an ideal base to explore the beauty of Skiathos.

Skiathos benefits from numerous sandy beaches ranging from isolated beaches only accessible by boat to the more popular beaches with umbrellas, sun loungers, water sports and tavernas. The closest beaches are within a 10 minute walk downhill, whilst Koukounaries is a 20 minute drive.


Skiathos airport is a 20 minute drive away. Car hire is not essential but is recommended if you wish to explore the island.


Skiathos town is a 20 minute drive. In the summer months there is a regular boat service from Kanapitsa Beach to the town. The bus stop and nearest supermarket are a 15 minute walk. The nearest taverna is at Kanapitsa Beach (10 minute walk downhill).

Further Details:

Ideal for a couple or small family, it is located on the exclusive and quiet Kalamaki Penisula and has easterly views towards the neighbouring islands.
