Bedroom 2 is spacious with twin beds, built in wardrobe, console and chair. Fold out "guest" bed available. Full air-conditioning in both bedrooms.
Two bathrooms one with bath/shower/screen,
sink and vanity unit. 2nd bathroom fully tiled walk-in shower, wc, sink, bidet and vanity unit. Clean linen and towels provided for use in apartment, please bring your own beach towels.
New fully fitted kitchen, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board.
Spacious lounge/dining room with balcony overlooking pool and gardens. Dining table and chairs, large sofas, TV . Fully air-conditioned. Ground Floor.
About the Owner
The owners of these apartments have been renting them out to guests for the last 7 years. They truely believe that their guests deserve a great holiday at an affordable price.
Their secretary,Sarah, worked for over 20 years for one of the largest tour operators in the UK and her knowledge and expertise has proved to be a huge asset to us.
Sarah looks after the booking of the apartments during the working week. If you have any questions about the apartments, she has stayed in them and will be only too pleased to answer your questions.

“We feel that these apartments benefit from being in a small block of 24 apartments, they are close enough to The Strip and the nightlife without it being " on the doorstep" The Strip is a 5 min "stroll" and the beautiful beaches are roughly 10 min stroll away too. There is the little "tourist train" which goes from the top of The Strip, it makes a "round trip" going to Old Town, on to Modelo Hypermarket, on to the banking area and back to The Strip. You can buy a "day ticket" for approx 4 euros and use it as often as you like on the day of purchase. It's a fun way to get to Old Town as walking takes a good 20 - 25 mins.NB:Please check these details as things change from season to season.”

5 minute walk to scenic beach (cafes/bars). Many lovely coastal walks.
Faro airport 35 minutes by taxi. We give you details of a transfer company and you book directly with them.Alternatively,there is a "Shuttle Bus" from the airport see www.travelrepublic.co.uk or www.algarvebus.info for details.
The bus station is close by and the buses are colour coded depending on which route they are going. They are frequent, inexpensive and easy to use.
Aveiros beach 600m approx. Oura beach 700m approx. The 'Strip' 5 minute walk. Supermarket 100m, Old Town 20 minute walk.There is a "fun" Turistrem (tourist train) which runs from the top of The Strip, it goes to Old Town, on to Modelo hypermarket, on to the banking area and back to The Strip. A "day" ticket is approx 4 euros and you can use the train all day long and into the evening.It runs from approx 8am until midnight. PLEASE CHECK, AS DETAILS MAY CHANGE.
"Local supermarkets" can be expensive so there are two main supermarkets in Albufeira, MODELO HYPERMARKET and LIDL too.VILAMOURA has a "fab" beach and great marina.ALBUFEIRA OLD TOWN is worth a visit. PORTIMAO has a great beach.INLAND, is SILVES here you will find Cafe Ingles, its great for food, very quaint, lots of old english furniture and "live" music on Sundays. Booking advisable,it's like a "time warp" It's Fab!! Also RAMIREZ at GUIA Restaurant in Albufeira is famous for it's Piri Piri chicken. Well worth a visit.

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a booking form together with a non - refundable deposit of £200.00 (by cheque) We do require a "security/damage" deposit of £100 (this is refunded providing there is no damage to property or contents i.e breakages)The Balance and "security" deposit are payable 6 weeks prior to travel.
Changeover day is flexible to avail cheapest flights. Apartment available at 3pm on day of arrival and you will be required to vacate the premises by 10-30am on the day of departure (unless previously arranged).
