Fantastic, the most beautiful sunsets

  • 5 of 5

One of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in. Firstly Matthew was very welcoming both prior to our arrival and incredibly helpful during our stay. Fantastic suggestions on places to visit and offering yoga / massage sessions as required at the villa.

There are so many positive things to say about this villa. Incredibly calming, the most beautiful, amazing sunsets, clean and well equipped house, glorious views, different spaces and terraces to have time alone or time together. The villa is very close to the most fantastic beaches and small towns yet set back from the busy scene to offer an extremely tranquil and relaxing holiday. Non stop sunshine with lots of places to sit in the shade if you prefer. There was aircon available but we didn't need it as there is a gentle breeze due to its location in the hills.

Supermarkets and a good selection of local shops nearby. Olbia airport is about 35 mins away, an easy and pleasant drive to the villa. We had three teenagers and a 2 1/2 year old with us in our family who all had a fantastic time. Just one thing to note if you have young children - the pool is well gated off from the main villa so we didn't have to worry that our son would be able to access to the pool unsupervised. The iron railings however have some large gaps in which may be an issue if you have an energetic younger crawling toddler - you may need to keep a close eye on them.

Thank you Matt for sharing your stunning home and positive energy. We can't wait to return.

A beautiful villa with stunning views

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful villa that is clean, highly maintained and well equipped throughout. Its off the beaten track hilltop location offers amazing views and sunsets and it could of been all too easy to of never left the villa and just relaxed by the lovely pool our entire stay. Sam was really helpful throughout our stay at the villa, giving information on the Costa smeralda area and recommendations on some lovely beaches and restaurants. We loved our stay here would highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

A lovely hidden gem where we would certainly return. An unforgettable experience.

  • 5 of 5

A home away from home. An absolutely stunning view that was enjoyed by all, especially the sunsets from the balcony enjoyed with a glass of the local red wine. The kitchen was well equipped which our passionate chef took advantage of and presented us with many culinary delights. Sam was extremely helpful and made checking in and out a breeze and his advice on the local sights and restaurants was very helpful. We will certainly recommend this well maintained, comfortable villa. A lovely hidden gem.

Relaxing Villa Stay With Great Views

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Villa Feriana, which is the main villa. It was spotlessly clean & well equipped. Mattresses, pillows & bedding were all of good quality & very comfortable. With three good double bedrooms & bathrooms, it would be ideal for couples as well as families. The Villa is on top of a hill with amazing views to the surrounding hills & sea. It sits within a large plot of land, so feels spacious & secluded. It is easy to just relax there & not go out, but there are plenty of beaches, restaurants, etc. to visit in the area (though none within walking distance - so a car is necessary). Matthew was friendly & could not have been more helpful. In all, we were very happy with the villa & would be delighted to stay there again.

Beautiful villa

  • 4 of 5

A very well presented villa set in attractive hillside countryside. great views of the sea and islands beyond and easy to access the beaches in the north east part of the island. No need for air conditioning, even though available as the breeze keeps the place cool at night and mosquito free. Kitchen well equipped and beds comfortable. A great place to escape to away from the more glitzy and swish (bling?) coastal towns. Would definitely go back there.

Stunning villa in the perfect location

  • 5 of 5

If peace and quiet is an important part of your holiday, then this is the perfect place. Situated on a hilltop overlooking Cannigione and the islands of La Maddalena and Caprera, it offers stunning views along with a sense of space and tranquility. At the same time, you're only a few minutes drive from Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo, so providing an excellent base to explore northern Sardinia.

The villa itself is tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and terrace. Al fresco dinners accompanied by spectacular sunsets and late-night swims are memories we'll treasure!

Matthew was incredibly helpful with advice on places to see etc, and has great choice in wine too!

All in all a fantastic two weeks in a superb villa.

From the Owner

The Costa Smeralda in the north of Sardinia is quite unique. With a warm to hot climate almost all the year round, its pristine white sandy beaches, crystal clear water and other worldly rock formations that surround the coastline make it a haven for the discerning traveler and jet set. Glamorous marinas with jaw dropping yachts, exquisite restaurants and stylish venues offer one insight, while close by, bohemian villages such as San Pantaleo offer a more laid back feel with everything from artisan markets, typical dining, live music, wine tasting, art galleries, superb hiking and scenic cycling routes. Yachts and sailing boats can be chartered to explore the beautiful islands that face our property for those that enjoy diving or private secluded coves and beaches. Sardinia is one of five locations identified by the editors of InternationalLiving.com in a recent article on 'the healthiest places on earth to live'. Sardinia is a Blue Zone. Blue Zones are areas in the world that have been determined by scientists as places where the people live the longest.
