Excellent. Would recommend.

Good location, we went with my 4 months old daughter and my wife and dad. We all have a good time. Nice deco, clean, close to Eden Project and other tourist spots. Would also suit people without kids.

Immaculately presented, real wow factor - the bread, milk, butter etc were a nice touch as were the cereals. Good base location for Cornwall.

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment close to the Eden Project and several beaches. Well equipped kitchen.

Excellent value for money

We arrived early evening and the apartment was very easy to find. The views were stunning looking right across St Austell Bay. Apartment was very clean and decorated to a high standard. We wanted to self cater and found this easy with a well equipt kitchen. After a comfortable nights sleep we headed to the Eden Project the next day, which is a short drive away. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay. It was great value for money and we will return again next summer for a longer stay.

Apartment was spotless and everything there was provided for, only had a bit of trouble with the wifi on the first night but that was down to the internet providers fault. Other than that I would recommend to anyone staying here. A lovely warm feeling to this apartment.

£100 non refundable deposit is required when booking, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, with a refundable £150 charge to your card as a deposit for breakage or damage. If booking is less then 8 weeks full payment will be required.
No refunds for cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival time unless we can rebook the Apartment.

We have no fixed changeover days. Check-in time 15:00 and check-out time 10:30.
