Penthouse Apartment in Paphos, Cyprus - Peaceful location close to sandy beaches, Paphos harbour, numerous restaurants and other amenities.

This beautifully furnished apartment is on the top floor of the superbly situated Royal Seacrest development. Finished to a very high standard throughout with solid oak furniture offering comfort and relaxation.

Fully equipped kitchen plus spacious open plan living and dining areas. Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. A large covered balcony with table and chairs offers views of the lagoon style pools and landscaped gardens. A separate front terrace also with seating has views of Paphos Old Town and the surrounding area. Our guests also benefit from a comfortably furnished private roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying a quiet drink while the sun goes down over the sea.

Royal Seacrest has been beautifully designed and finished. It features 2 large lagoon style pools with waterfalls and jacuzzis. It is located in one of the best areas in Paphos, close to the ever popular Tomb of the Kings area, yet in a quiet and private location within easy reach of everything you need for a memorable holiday. A 5 minute walk will take you to over a dozen restaurants offering every type of international and local cuisine. Here you will also find supermarkets, bars, car hire and banks etc. A further 5 minutes will bring you to the first of a series of sandy blue flag beaches.

The newly finished Paphos Mall which offers numerous shops, cinema and further dining opportunities is also within walking distance of the apartment

We are also lucky enough to be close to Paphos Old Town, with its mix of history and culture. It has a daily fresh food market and a labyrinth of covered tourist stalls together with restaurants and café bars.

Further afield, using either the very reasonably priced buses or a hire car you will find many cultural, historical and natural attractions.

Immaculate apartment situated on the second floor. Perfect location for beaches and restaurants and also very well equipped for self catering purposes. Beautiful large swimming pools.

Spacious accomodation and a lovely master bedroom overlooking the pools. Large balcony and also an additional roof terrace with sunloungers etc. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment and I am definitely going to be returning

Perfect apartment for a perfect holiday

We stayed here for 10 nights in June and the apartment is everything you could ask for. It's spacious and has a large balcony and roof terrace. The terrace gets the sun all day and has its own comfortable table and chairs and sunbeds and the balcony is covered but gets some sun on the afternoon. To be honest though you don't need the sun on the balcony whe. You have spent time in the scorching cyprus sun. The apartment was really clean when we arrived and contact with the owners and Max the property manager was frequent and answered any questions. Max came to visit is when we arrived to check everything was okay. The apartment has everything you need including cool bags which came in really handy for drinks round the pool and beach. The pool itself was large, clean and plenty of sunbeds and didn't get too busy.

Location wise, it's only 5 mins walk down a track to the main tomb of the Kings Road where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and kiosks for the essential milk and bread etc. There's fab views to the sea and over kato paphos from the roof terrace and only a 15 minute walk to the old town. Just down from the main road is a coastal path which takes you all the way to the harbour. A bit long in the sweltering heat but really nice around 7pm when the sun is starting to set. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the track which takes you to the harbour or to coral bay and run every 10 minutes.

Overall you couldn't ask for anything else from this apartment. Brilliant facilities, location and excellent value for money. Can't wait to return.

Fantastic Holiday

Fabulous family holiday in this lovely accommodation handy for restaurants and the beach. The apartment had everything needed for a real home from home with a lot of lovely extra touches such as DVDs and a selection of games. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, we wouldn't hesitate re booking a return visit. Great value for money! thank you Arlene

Wonderful - just as described.

This apartment is truly lovely, and the owners were so accommodating of all our requests. They got back to all our enquiries promptly, and arranged all our transfers which worked just as arranged. Max was very helpful too, especially when we had to call on him during our week long holiday!

The apartment is very clean, well furnished and equipped to a very high standard, and the beds are very comfortable.

The whole complex is very well maintained and clean, and there was always plenty of room and sunbeds around the pool. It was very quiet and relaxed - and we were there during half term.

The apartment is well situated to walk to the local shops and restaurants - plenty of choice; the old town where we found some lovely smaller local artisan shops; and for the buses to the harbour which was very bustling as there was a festival on. Just right to allow teenagers a degree of independence!

The bus service was great as we had chosen not to hire a car, and just stayed locally.

I would highly recommend this apartment for all the reasons above.

Starting at the very beginning, the owners are an absolute delight to deal with. Friendly and informative emails, which were always dealt with promptly.

The complex itself is wonderful! It really does look as beautiful as the images show. Very clean, well maintained and it is clear that all the owners take a great pride in their apartments and the complex. The pools are great!!

They have really given a great deal of thought to their apartment. Firstly, it is beautifully clean and well maintained; always paramount in my opinion. The decor is very tasteful with lots of little extras to make your stay here a lovely experience. Dining areas at the front and back to make the most of the sunshine at different times of the day (or shade if you prefer). A good choice of dvd's, games and even books to borrow. The furniture and beds are all very comfortable; great kitchen, bathroom and air conditioning.

Max, their property manager is always at the end of the telephone to help out with any advice or information you may need, or in an unexpected emergency, which is very reassuring.

There are lovely clean beaches and a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops all within a short distance of the apartment. The coastal path into the main harbour is a lovely walk or you can hire bikes locally, which was great fun! Otherwise, you can get on a very reasonably priced local bus into the harbour and the main town of Paphos, where there are many more restaurants etc to choose from. I would also suggest that you have a look around the Old Town as well.

There is so much to see and do in the area and it is also very close to the historical Tomb of the Kings, which is well worth a visit.

All in all a great destination and a great place to stay. Would highly recommend.*****

Many people now choose Cyprus as their wedding venue as the high quality hotels and beach chapels have so much to offer.

Many people visit Cyprus to attend a wedding and stay on to experience all this incredible island has to offer.

Royal Seacreest is perfectly situated for some of the top wedding hotels in the area.

Coast/Beach:

A 10 minute walk will bring you to a sandy blue flag beach, and there are many other beaches close by along this stretch of the Paphos coastline some of which offer watersports. A 10 minute bus or car journey will take you to the popular Coral Bay Beach and Corallia beach featuring numerous watersports and other facilities. There are many other beautiful beaches to visit in the Paphos region all in a short bus or car journey distance.

Travel:

Paphos International Airport is only 12 kilometres from the apartment. Airport transfers can be arranged for you with a local and reliable taxi company. Car hire not essential as everything you need is available within a short walk. Should you want to venture further afield we can recommend a reliable car hire company.

Distances:

The well located apartment is a short walk from the popular Tomb of the Kings road which features the World Heritage Tomb of the Kings archaeological site. The old town and market area of Paphos is a 15 minute walk and the harbour in Paphos with it's many attractions can be reached along a wide paved coastal path in approximately 25 minutes. Paphos itself is a World Heritage site with many historical and cultural places of interest.

Paphos offers a well run cheap bus service to local attraction

With over 340 days of sunshine a year and numerous historical and leisure activities on offer there is always something different for you to experience.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find the Tomb of the Kings itself, a world heritage archaeological site, the Aphrodite Water Park, extensive Roman Mosaics, go-karts, bowling, crazy golf, Paphos Fort and many other attractions. A popular area to explore, the Akamas Peninsula is one of the last remaining natural areas on the island protected by UNESCO. You can swim, cycle, walk and explore this very beautiful area. It is the last coastal region on the island of Cyprus to remain largely untouched by tourism and development.

We could wax lyricall about the landscape on the Akamas peninsula all day...about the steep gorges, hair raising rocky mountain bike descents and leisurely strolls on the nature trails...You can explore this area on your own or choose one of the escorted four wheel drive safari’s.
