Townhouse in La Torre Golf Resort, Costa Calida, Spain - Peaceful Location, 5 Minutes Walk from the Resort 'Town Centre' and Other Resort Facilities

The accommodation is arranged on 2 levels, including off road parking. The property has been finished to a high standard and has air-conditioning/central heating. The bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The kitchen is well equipped. The layout consists of an open plan lounge and dining area, with seating for 4 people. For your entertainment there is a 32’ LCD TV, with English channels. Large patio doors lead from the lounge to the outside lower terrace which is shaded from the sun during the day. There are 2 large outside terraces; dining area on the lower and sun loungers on the upper sun terrace. The 5 star resort is secure and self-contained and perfect for the whole family with its own swimming pools, supermarket, clubhouse, bars and restaurants. The beautiful blue flag beach of Los Alcazares is merely 15 mins drive away, offering many shops, bars, and restaurants. The house is 20 mins drive from the beautiful, historic city of Murcia. San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive away.

perfect location to relax and unwind

the villa is perfect, with every facility you could want or need.

the location is excellant, very close to the supermarket and pools. lovely views over the golf course. ideal for couples wanting a relaxing break away from the kids and the usual drunk english tourists.

Brilliant location for the Irish Bar and Supermarket.

Reason for 4 stars and not 5 was that when we went to have a shower in the morning as we didn`t get to the Townhouse till after 23:00 there was no hot water but after a quick phone call to Tasha(Kings Keyholding) and when we came back in the afternoon this had been sorted.

Glad towels was included as this allowed more room in our cases.

Very clean inside and wonderful views across the golf course.

We will be booking again next Nov if available as this ticked all our boxes.

Ideal modern comfortable place to stay.

The wifi did not work due to the resort upgrading to fibre optic but I had my 3G and as there was 2 of us the bedroom down stairs stayed nice and cool but upstairs although had a fan not any aircon so got quite warm although left shutters down. Beautiful outside Space and 3 large sun terraces perfect location from the town centre offering entertainment and just at the end of the road is the spar shop. The accommodations has everything required.

Excellent house, very modern and homely.

This property is in a very good location, short walking distance to the super market, nearest pool and bar/restaurants.

The property itself is very modern, very homely and a perfect for a holiday.

Special interest holidays:

In the local area there are many sandy beaches and it is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing, diving and swimming. Other activities include cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.

Coast/Beach:

20 minutes drive from the Mar Menor beaches which offer safe bathing and a number of watersports, including diving.

30 minutes drive from La Manga Strip.

Approx 1 hours drive to Terra Mitica and Terra Natura theme park in Benidorm and many other water parks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia.

Approx 30 minutes drive from Torrevieja Aquapolis (water park open between 8 June to 31 August).

Travel:

20 minutes drive from San Javier Airport, Murcia.

45 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, Alicante.

20 minutes drive from Corvera Airport (under construction)

20 minutes drive from Murcia city, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping and restaurants.

20 minutes drive from Mar Menor/Los Alcazares (beach) which also offers many tapas bars and restaurants.
