This small secluded estate is within the Port of Andratx Harbour area and has views over the water to the town. It is within walking distance of the marina and the Port with all its wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. To enable you to enjoy it as the owners do, there is free use, excluding fuel, of one day on Sunseeker and one day on rigid inflatable boat (27ft)f each week with skipper. Toys to go with them include water skis, wake-board, towed banana and donut! The accommodation comprises 5 double bedrooms. There is a modern stainless steel kitchen, dining room and reception room plus large TV room. Air conditioned throughout, Central heating for Winter. Wi-fi Internet access is available. Beautiful gardens. House and boat manager. Housekeeper/cleaner living in separate cottage within the grounds. Please note if you are coming in the winter months the boats are out of the water and should you want the pool heated it will be at your expense.

Surrounded by approximately one and a half acres of gardens: it gives you a wonderful feeling of being in the country yet it is in within the port area and so walkable to restaurants, etc. if you do not want to take a car.

Walking in cooler weather. Water sports in summer. Tennis courts within easy distance. Riding stables in the area.

Coast/Beach:

Small sandy beach within ten minute walk. Many others within short boat or car journey.

Travel:

Palma airport and Ferry port are both a 30 minute drive from the property

Distances:

Quarter mile to Harbour. Palma is approximately twenty miles by motorway.

Further Details:

Good supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks are in the port.
