This lovely village located in land is home to our town house on a small complex with underground parking.

Walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants this is the ideal get away from it village location with a train link to Inca and Palma.

A duplex on the upper floor with great mountain views over open terrain and farm land. This village is the perfect get away from the noise and hustle and bustle of busy resorts and the perfect location for walking, cycling and golf holidays due to it,s central location.

We are a 2 minute walk form the village sports centre where there is a great swimming pool and facilities, tennis courts , children's park, bar with WIFI and a velodrome.

The village has a great road network and it is an ideal location to set of in many directions on the well signed posted road and cycle routes.

A pleasant 20 minute drive from Palma through the countryside to a typical Mallorcian village. It is a 20 minute drive to the resort town of Alcudia and Puerto Cristo.

Underground parking, ideal for storage of sports equipment. The apartment is in a very quiet area. A west facing balcony, panoramic views and is the ideal Mallorcian village with cobbled streets and historical church over the pueblo.

The apartment is located a short 10 minutes walk from the train station and centre where there is a wealth of bars and restaurants to experience the true Mallorca.

From the train station located a 10 minute walk away you can get in to the centre of Palma and enjoy all the sights

Sarah says: "the property is very big and clean. the area was lovely. Locals very friendly and welcoming. And if you like history and historical old places then this is the place for you. There is a large market on a Wednesday which is excellent for buying lots of local goods. You would need a car as it is in the middle of the island, which gives you the perfect holiday as you can visit different parts of Majorca at your own leisure. It only takes 25 mins to get to any coastal area. Would definitely recommend this lovely property and its surroundings."



Martin says "we stayed with our 5 children and we had a great time we saw loads of the island and the local village square was great to spend an evening sipping wine while the children played in the park. June 2008."

Notes on accommodation: There are several flights of stairs at the apartment so is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There is a secure area to leave buggies in the lobby. There are fan heaters for the cooler months and fans for the warmer months. Outside: There is a public sports complex a short distance form the house with a bar that has WIFI, tennis courts and a children's play area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linen are provided and the property is cleaned on arrival and checkout. Extra cleans can be made for a small additional cost. Other: There is a large entrance hall for storage of equipment,buggies and even a bike. The garage is locked and secure and accessed from the main building keeping it cool and secure.

Special interest holidays:

We are centrally located in the middle of the island on a great bike route ideal for cycling holidays with the storage facilities and the garage.

There are many great beaches within a 15 minute drive for all water sports.

The village is surrounded by local vineyards so is a great location to go and sample the local vino.

The village is steeped in history and even includes a medieval church.

The area is lovely with a typical Spanish pueblo and kids park in the middle surrounded by local bars and restaurants. The locals very friendly and welcome it,s a great relaxing way to experience living in a authentic Spanish village.

There is a large market on a Wednesday which is excellent for buying lots of local goods.

A car is recommended as it is in the middle of the island,which makes the perfect location for touring and seeing all that Majorca has to offer. There is also a train station just a 10 minute walk from the house with a great link into Palma and Inca.

It only takes 15-20 minutes to get to any coastal area Palma and the airport.

Coast/Beach:

25 min from C´An Picafort (Beach).

You can sit in the village square and enjoy a pleasant evening while the children play in the park opposite.
