Apartment in Estepona Port, Costa Del Sol, Spain - A Few Minutes Walk To Lively Marina With Bars And Restaurants, 10 Minutes Walk To Beaches

The apartment is located in a fantastic gated development in Estepona port. Close to beaches and set in beautiful gardens surrounding two pools. The apartment is luxuriously appointed with beautiful modern furnishings. The bedroom has two single beds, large built in wardrobes, a safe and is air-conditioned. The bathroom has bath/shower, basin,w.c. and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. The Lounge area has a large Sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. TV has BBC,ITV, Channel 4/5, Film 4, More 4 and BBC/Sky news channels. Wi-Fi connection in apartment. DVD and CD player and Air conditioning in Lounge and bedroom.The terrace has a dining table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to everything you need for a great holiday. There are beaches, restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away. A 10 minute stroll along the promenade brings you to the town which has plenty of bars and restaurant. A short drive away are some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol.

27 May to 6 June 2012 Graham and family. We have had a brilliant holiday in Estepona. Your apartment is spotless and beautifully furnished as well being in a prime location near the marina, restaurants and large supermarket close by. We particularly enjoyed our evenings strolling along the promenade whilst our son played on the beach and had fun in the play parks along the way. Instead of hiring a car we decided to be a bit adventurous and used the local bus services to get around which included our transfers to and from Malaga airport. We will certainly come back and will highly recommend your apartment to our family and friends.

Katie and Steve 'Wonderful location, so close to bars,restaurants and beaches. The apartment was beautifully furnished and ideal for self catering. The pools and the gardens were fantastic. We had a great time, definitely back next year. Highly recommend the apartment and Estepona.

Arrival at 11pm. Small map of property would help.

Luckily found one parking space 100 yards down VERY steep hill which property is set on, this should be hi lighted in the advert as it caused issues dragging cases up the hill, and later with mobility. No toilet paper or water on arrival, this should be considered. Kitchen excellent apart from some crockery not left clean, and the freezer needed defrosting Bathroom. Good. A little niggle sink plug leaks, and shaving mirror doesn't stay in place. Lounge.Good. General. No mirror suitable to do hair whilst seated. Soon realised that wi- fi was not working, so no TV channels but thought that this may be a blip. After 3 days reported to agent Dawn, asked us to re boot the system but no luck. We were then told that it would take up to 7 days to repair the system. Then 10 days. I realise that people may not go on holiday to watch TV, but due to a mobility problem we do not go out every evening, we eat in and watch TV on some nights, and the availability of TV was a deciding factor in booking this property, we were most upset at the prospect of having to go out every night. Contacted owner direct who said that it was out of her control, Not accountable! but somehow wi fi/TV reappeared though we were not told it had until a further call resulted in the agent visiting and re booting the system. The smoke alarm was disconnected when we arrived and I raised the issue of H&S with the owner also batteries were not working in the air con and DVD player remote controls, both of these were put right when the agent called. Outside area. Very well kept. 2 pools are advertised But top pool was quite noisy with youngster so we used the bottom pool which was much quieter. On 15 th Sept as stated on the notice on the pool gate the bottom pool closed for winter, so every one used the top pool. Obviously kids are noisy, but there was no escape, on several occasions there were not enough sunbeds and people put towels on the floor. Big problem with flies which pestered everyone. On our second week in an apartment above the pool a very loud party started during the day. On that night we returned at 1am it was still in full swing, carried on next day fortunately we were not near it. Lifeguards? on phones/talking loudly with builders, also playing football which is not allowed. Building work very noisy around pool. Generally ok stay but property needs thorough check before arrival, floors dusty as if no recent guest. Needs TLC. dogs locked in some aptmts barking constantly.

excellent apartment

just back from a fab holiday at this lovely apartment, could not fault it in any way there was everything you would need and more for a great holiday. Great balcony for chilling and 2 lovely pools which were always nice and quiet and always got a sunbed. Located only 5 mins from the marina with plenty of lovely resaurants with all types of food and a short walk to the old town which was very Spanish and loads of restaurants it was beautiful. Local bus service was very good as well when wanting to go a bit further afield, Would highly recommend this apartment.

Booking easily managed. Owner very approachable and allowed mid week changeover. Excellent situation very close to port and walking distance into the town. On a very steep hill but can approach apartment from the opposite side and therefore do not need to mountaineer to get home.

Apartment well equipped with modern appliances. Large balcony. Approached letters representative about a problem with blown light bulbs and unfortunately this was not resolved. Annoying as evenings spent in apartment were dark. Apart from that problem a very comfortable clean apartment.

Excellent, particularly for winter sun

Great apartment, comfortable, well equipped, and convenient for walking down to the port (steep hill) with all its bars and restaurants.

We took the apartment over Christmas and were lucky with the weather. The sun shone into the south facing balcony most of the day which was perfect for sun-bathing without being overlooked. I guess that in the summer the sun would be too high to see a lot of it on the balcony.

Activity and Interests


The apartment is situated very close to the Marina with beaches to both sides. To the left is the beautiful El Cristo beach which is very family friendly and has two beach bars and sunloungers. To the right is the Playa de Rada which runs along the front of Estepona with the promenade leading to the town. Both of these beaches are within 5/10 mins walk from the apartment. The Marina is in front of the apartment which is still a working fishing port.


The main airport servicing this coast is Malaga which is approximately 45min from Estepona. You can also use Gibraltar airport which is 30mins on the other side of Estepona. You do not require a car if you stay within Estepona as everything is within walking distance, although it is recommended as there are so many places of interest within a short drive. Pick up and drop off for both of these airports can be arranged. It is 10min walk from the apartment to Estepona bus station.


The beautiful gourmet village of Ben Havis is 6km above Marbella is approximately 30mins away. The unspoilt village of Casares is approx 15mins away. An hours drive will bring you to the beautiful towns of Cadiz and Tarifa.

Further Details:

The marina has a variety of bars and restaurants and many have free

wi-fi access. There is a large supermarket adjacent to the development and a pharmacy at the entrance to Puerto Alto. There is Tourist Office located right in front of the Marina entrance. Estepona town has many shops, banks and restaurants and bars and there is another tourist office located there. There is a small market at the Marina on a Sunday morning and on a Wednesday morning there is a very large market in Estepona town. The famous Puerto Banus is only 10km away and is great place to go and people watch some of whom can be very famous. Marbella is a further 15 min drive and has the beautiful Orange Square. Selwo Safari Park is a 10min drive away.
