The Haven is a fully furnished property with superb views over Borth Bay, situated on the main seafront with free on-street parking, only one minute walk to the beach, play area, shops and restaurants. Outside there is an enclosed stone area to the front of the property with a path to the side of the house leading to the rear garden with decking and seating area. The Haven has full central heating.

Just the Job.

What a nice house, large and airy, lovely views, friendly owners, stayed here for a week and also short breaks. Will use again. Only negatives...boiler a bit noisy and wind whistles through the bedroom windows when it's stormy outside.

Wonderful character property with fabulous views

We spent two enchanting nights at the Haven. Our son started at Aberysteyth University this weekend and this property made an ideal location to make it a weekend to remember. The viewview over the sea as the sun came up behind the housr on Saturday morning is something that will remain with me for a long time. Wonderful location, spacious and very comfortable accommodation and the courtesy of the owner's communication throughout was icing on the cake. We enjoyed it so much that we are returning at the end of October for more of the same! Would I recommend this property to family and friends? I would recommend it to anyone wanting a holiday to remember in this most beautiful part of the country.

Brilliant stay

We had a lovely stay at The Haven in July 2015, myself my husband and two children with our dog. The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean. So thank you Julie we will be back again x

There were three generations of my family on our Easter holiday - we all thought the house was great - spacious, comfortable, clean, lovely views (sea to front, hills to rear), everything provided, plus some Easter decorations, a welcome card, wine, and chocolates! We have already recommended to friends and family should they decide to holiday in Wales - hopefully we'll get chance to return in the near future!

Special interest holidays:

Ideal base for touring the Cardigan Bay coast line with many coastal path walks. Close to Ynyslas sand dunes and national nature reserve.


Borth beach is the longest in Ceredigion making it popular for familes with younger children, watersport enthusiasts and sea fishing. The larger seaside resort of Aberystwyth is 10 minutes drive away offering more shops, restaurants and nightlife.


Borth has its own train station approximately 5-10 minutes walk away.


Aberystwyth approx 5 miles leading on to the South Wales coast line, Clarach Bay approx 3 miles. The market town of Machynlleth approx 10 miles which then takes you to the North Wales coast line with an endless choice of historic and seaside towns and villages.
