About the property

Spacious 4 bed villa with private pool close to beach with wood/sea views

Spacious (2 lounges/4 double bedrooms/5 shower rooms) detached villa in own private walled garden with large private swimming pool and poolside shower.Views over woodland to the sea from lower terrace and over Santa Ponsa Harbour from roof terrace. 5 minute (walk back is uphill!) to beach and marina. Santa Ponsa Golf and Country club 5 minutes by car. Sat TV (english), dvd, aircon in all bedrooms. Please note there is a narrow spiral staircase giving access to the top room and a top floor terrace with a low wall so unsuitable for infirm or young children. Please also note that the pool is not fenced or alarmed and the poolside room is an independent suite, again unsuitable for young children. Villa is comfortably furnished but is a family home and has been well used. Aircon is only available in the bedrooms.

About Julia Taylor

We are a professional couple who live in North Yorkshire and have spent our summer holidays in Mallorca for over 40 years! We know the island well and chose to live in Santa Ponca because in our experience it is the sunniest part of the Island. We chose our villa in Nova Santa Ponsa because of its pool, proximity to the beach and year round restaurants and shops, together with easy access to Palma.

If you love lazing around a swimming pool with a good book, this is the villa for you! Few villas can boast a pool like ours!

As for the location of this villa, you will find that, whilst it offers privacy, it is still close to all the amenities which Santa Ponsa has to offer, and there is a small sandy beach cove just a short walk away.

In addition, Port Adriano and the Golf & Country Club are just a short drive away.

Small sandy beach with bathing is very close by but a hill is involved. Main beach and town of Santa Ponsa - 10 minute walk.
