Penthouse Apartment in Paradise Gardens IV, Kato Paphos, Cyprus - Well Equipped With Shared Pool, Close To All Amenities

The penthouse is the largest property in the series of Paradise Gardens 1,2,3 & 4 and Limnaria Gardens. It offers well maintained gardens with 2 communal pools with poolside wc, shower and changing facilities. Fully air-conditioned (without annoying timers), free broadband wifi, all major UK TV and sports channels and accessible by lift, the penthouse is close to restaurants and the town centres of both old and new Paphos. It is within a 3 min walk of the nearest restaurant/bar convenience store, and farmer's shop. The penthouse has been cleverly designed with a south facing large sun terrace and lounge, whilst the bedrooms are on the cooler north side of the property. The sun terrace offers a barbecue and table/seating for 8, sun loungers and a roller awning should the Cypriot sun become a little too much! The quality and location of this development makes the penthouse an excellent base to explore the surrounding town, beach, front and popular harbour area. Local activities include windsurfing, water skiing, swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, Water Park, fishing. Car hire is not essential.

We thought we would drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed our stay. The penthouse & patio/roof garden are VERY large .. the description says large but it feels like a home from home. (Chris & Liane)



The apartment is spacious & well laid out with 3 excellent sized bedrooms. The area surrounding the apartment was very quiet & weather superb which made walks to the harbour in the evening very enjoyable. Harbour area was very lively & colourful and restaurants reasonably priced. We would recommend the penthouse as somewhere very good to stay. (Wells family)

Penthouse is suitable for children and families. Outside: The large, private sun terrace (34 sq.metres) benefits from all day sun & has table and seating for 8, gas fired barbecue. If shade is preferred there is a large roller awning. There are 4 sun loungers with deep-filled cushions and 2 sun lounger tables. The balcony off bedroom 3 has table and two chairs. There are two large communal swimming pools with shallow end approx 1m deep. Poolside wc, shower and changing facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided (except beach towels). A mid-stay bedding change can be arranged for a small charge (payable locally). Other: All bedrooms have 2 double fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, mirrors, hair dryers, bedside tables. All rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans (except bathrooms). Safe provided.

Beautiful, clean and gorgeous apartment.

Lovely, spacious and clean apartment.

Great location for a nice walk into the harbour (20 mins).

Would highly recommend this to anyone, the fixtures and fittings are a high standard and the owner contacted us during the stay to ensure we were OK and if we needed anything - lovely lady and we will be booking again without doubt!

5 Star! An awesome repeat visit.

This was our second visit to this beautiful apartment, and we have already booked again for May 2016. The complex is in a great location with an easy 20 minute walk down to the harbour, great access to main roads if you wish to hire a car and explore, and there are shops and taverna at the end of the access road. The apartment is excellently maintained, spacious, comfortable, private and peaceful.There is a lovely pool in pretty landscaped gardens. The owners are incredibly helpful and really go out of their way to ensure that you have all the information that you need for a happy stay. A fabulous place to stay on a beautiful island.

Delightful Holiday

We had a delightful holiday in the penthouse. We were in Cyprus for a family wedding and the apartment provided an ideal central base for all the places we wanted to go. The photos don't do it enough justice as you can't see the high ceiling which gives the apartment a truly spacious feel.

As a family with three school age children we particularly appreciated that the price of the penthouse didn't significantly increase during school holiday time unlike the majority of other vendors.

Paradise Gardens IV itself is very pleasant with a choice of two pools and shops and good restaurants within walking distance. Everyone we met including residents were very friendly and the weather was still lovely in November!

We stayed here for 3 weeks we are both 70 and thought this was a very well looked after appartment it has every thing that is advertised and more, we didnt hire car we didnt use a taxi only Rob for are airport service. We walked to the harbour lots of restraunts and bars. we would recommend this appartment it is very quiet and peaseful very little noise.

We were there for 6wks from 2 nov to 14 dec 2013 and we had a lovely time. The apt is all it says and a lovely balcony with sun most of the day. The farm shop at the en of the road excellent and Tracey Rob were some of the most helpful people we have come across. Pambis diner a great place also for help and a good meal.

Our third stay

This was our third stay in this wonderful apartment. It is very comfortable and spacious. The 6 year old we had with us thoroughly enjoyed the pool as did the adults! It was home from home living. Would thoroughly recommend the apartment for any family wanting to stay in Paphos as there is plenty to do for all ages in the area. The wi-fi was handy too! Mags and Terry Wells.

Paphos Water Park 5/10 min drive.

Mini-golf, paint-balling, go-carting 5/10 min drive.

Aphrodites pool approx 1 hr drive. (excursions available).

Troodos Mountains approx 1 hr drive (excursions available).

Tomb of the Kings - 10/15 min drive.

Further Details:

There is an excellent restaurant/bar, convenience store and farmers' store 3 min walk. Lots of restaurants/shops/supermarkets near the harbour area approx 15/20 min walk. Taxis are plentiful if shopping is too heavy! Banks open odd hours (usually just mornings) and are plentiful.

Cruises or flights to Egypt can be arranged by visitors via the Tourist Information Office. Cruises to Coral Bay/around Paphos Harbour/Fishing trips can be arranged at the harbour very easily. Scuba diving available and easily arranged at the harbour.

Non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm booking and balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. £200 security deposit is paid in advance before arrival. This is refunded once the penthouse has been cleaned and found to be without damage.
The penthouse is locked by a high security key. If this key is mislaid a replacement charge of £100 will be levied. Key safe mounted on wall outside apartment.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day/arrival and departure times flexible. Visitors may be requested to vacate by 11am on departure day so that the property can be prepared for next visitors. Storage can be arranged. Changing facilities, toilets, shower available by the pool.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
