This newly built and newly furnished property has two reasonably sized bedrooms with a kitchen, bathroom and lounge. It also has a balcony with good views. The apartment has a television and DVD player as well as a stereo system. The television is satellite enabled. The apartment is also air-conditioned. there is a large pool for your use, with sunbeds ,the view from the pool is great also from the large shared terrace . you can take a walk up behind the apartment take a picnic.

Why Desmond Tierney chose Montenegro

Hi, our names are Des and Bev and we have a daughter who was 12 when we purchased our apartment, that has views over Boka Kotorska bay and from the shared pool the views of the bay are stunning where you can enjoy relaxing on the sunbeds in a large sunbathing area that compliments the large pool area, that also has a toilet. After your dip why not try the local cuisine and wine just a short walk away. The town of Kotor is a short bus ride away for 1 euro, there is plenty of history there among the cafes and bars. There are beaches 20 mins drive away, or smaller stone beaches 5 mins walk and water sports on the bay. That's why we bought this modern apartment, we think the location is picturesque, see what you think.

What makes this apartment unique

We enjoy the on site pool, walking, water sports, local boat trips trying different local food and wine. We also enjoy the picturesque area and watching the liners coming into the port of Kotor.

Notes on accommodation: Non-smoking in the apartment. The apartment is suitable for children. Grass area next to apartment to sit and enjoy the breath taking views. parking, side and front road side parking also parking at the top road side. Ground floor apartment safe for children they can play on the grass area were they can be seen.there is water sports on the bay, you can book up to go on a sailing boat were you sail it, its great a must do. or take a trip round the bay and have lunch. swim in the sea or the pool or just sunbath on the private terrace and enjoy the views or why not go white water rafting that's great to or you could get your walking boots on and walk up round the walls of kotor take lunch and enjoy the views there great. Outside: The apartment has a shared pool which is 10m by 5m. It also has sun loungers and grass areas, with plants and shrubs. It is situated with only 17 other apartments. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There is towels and linen included but not beach towels. It has maid service once a week who will replace towels and linen.

The apartment is situated on the coast. The sea is a mere 3 minute walk with pebbled beach. For a sandy beach it is a 15-20 minutes drive.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Tivat Airport which is a 10 minute drive. Alternatively there is an airport in Dubrovnik (Croatia) which is a 65 minute drive.

Distances:

Prcanj has many facilities such as small village shops, bakeries and restaurants. Kotor is the nearest town which is about a 10 minute drive. It has many historical monuments and is a very picturesque town. It has many restaurants, bars and shops. It is busy in the Summer season and has a varied amount of entertainment.There is an indoor bowling alley 10 mins , drive .

Further Details:

Large liners enter the bay in the summer season which are visible from the communal balconies and pool area.also from apartment. There are some banks in Kotor, a post office and a tourist information centre. There is also a hospital and a police station in the village nearby. In Kotor there are many markets which sell fresh fruit and vegetables as well as jewellery and souvenirs.
