Villa in Quinta do Lago, Central Algarve, Portugal - 15 Minutes Walk To The Beach

It's a two suits house, with an extra WC for the guests,it as two living rooms

Six persons can easily stay comfortably between our master suite, with a XXL bed, a second suite with 2 bedrooms and a sleeping couch in the second living room with complete privacy.

In 2016 in made several improvements adding a second living room/ room since we put a sofa bed with a private wardrobe.

Outstanding private area by the pool to the perfect space for dinner area (with barbecue available), the high garden provides an unexpected privacy surrounding the pool and the property area.

During the summer months the outdoors (pool and garden) sun exposure it's just overwhelming.

Parking space just by the house if needed.

Several restaurants to a 5m walk, supermarket within 3km distance (the use of car is advice), dozens of beachs within a 15m by car

About Pedro Januario

My name is Pedro i am married and I have a son.

I try to make the most of the climate of the Algarve as often as i can.

When I'm not at my house (also near the sea), in a town called Torres Vedras at 40km from Lisbon where I live and work, i also like to travel around Europe.

I hope all who visit us enjoy the little bit of heaven that is the Quinta do Lago and Encosta do Lago.

Why Pedro Januario chose Quinta do Lago

The Villa in my opinion is perfect, a lot of space and room for 6 persons, 3 bathrooms that gives a hand when you receive friends at your place, an great garden and pool with a lots of privacy. Is not a big villa, but is as everything with the right size, for enjoy as much as you can. The area is in my opinion the best of Quinta do Lago, near the lake, the Ria Formosa and the beach, super quiet. The common area (with restricted access) as super size pool, gym, tennis court, sauna and one of the best restaurants of the area "Tucanos" gives me everything that i need for best vacations that i ever had in all Algarve. Enjoy it...

There are a lot of options, the closests is 15 minutes walking the others car is recomended.

Also the famous Ria Formosa a natural reserve area.


The near village is 5 minutes by car, the city of Faro the capital of the district is 20 minutes by car as well as the airport.
