Fully furnished and equipped to high standard in a peaceful quiet location within easy striking distance of the Costa del Sol resorts and the Rock of Gibraltar, and close to some of Spain top Golf Courses, Valderrama (1) -8k, Sotagrande (7) -6k, La Reserva Sotogrande (11) -7k, San Roque (13) -11k and 11 others within a 10k radius. Lovely quiet beaches just 5 minutes away. The property has the added security of shutters and scissor gates.

We had a fantastic time! Such a lovely house and area - we couldn't have hoped for much better!

We felt a car was not essential, we built up a great relationship with the Manilva taxi firm who gave us reasonable rates and were always on time with 2 taxis to transport all 8 of us.

The hill was indeed extreme! But we walked up and down it at some points during the holiday so it's great for those wanting to incorporate a bit of fitness into their holiday!

We did find that we would have greatly benefited from a long length mirror but this is only a small luxury that we missed!

Thanks again for a great holiday - as I said before the house and pool were just perfect for us.

Notes on accommodation: There is a retractable clothes line over the rear patio and a clothes airer. Air-conditioning in all rooms. Outside: Patio front and back, patio table and chairs. The rear patio is fully enclosed with privacy screens. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Towels (There are some beach towels available) and bedding provided on initial occupation. Property is cleaned and linen changed between bookings.

Lovely home, took us a while to find it but that's probably me

Needed a car most definitely but house was in a beautiful spot

family getaway

The property was perfect for us for a family getaway accompanying me was my partner ,his two daughters and one of their boyfriends.The property was spacious with all the mod cons you need,the view from the master bedroom of Gibaltar was lovely to wake up to each morning.We visited Gibraltar and Marbella which are in easy reach Of the property.The local area of port La Duguesa had great restaurants and bars which caters for all.You need a car for the property but all the amenities and beaches are easy reachable in a car.great place for family holiday.

The are lot of lovely quiet uncrowded beaches just 5 minutes away.


Nearest Airports are Malaga 50 minutes and Gibraltar 20 minutes by car. Car hire is recommended.


Port of Duquesa/Sabinillas and a 3 minute drive.

Port of Sotogrande 5 minute drive.

Estepona 15 minute drive.

Gibraltar 25 minute drive.

Further Details:

There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes in the lovely marinas' in close by Duquesa and Sotogrande. There is a wide range of supermarkets locally. Sol de Mar in Sabinillas carries lots of UK brands and if you go to Gibraltar there is a large Morrisons!

Refundable Damage Deposit £200

Booking Notes:
20% payable on booking; balance payable 8 weeks before occupancy to include an additional security deposit which is refundable on your return. The house will be cleaned on your departure and any breakages will be deducted from the security deposit. There is an additional charge for laundry of £10 per person and cleaning is included in the price. Additional cleaning charge may be levied if properpty is left in an unreasonable state. All inventory items must be returned to the original position.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover days where bookings allow but normally only for late bookings. For late flight arrivals (after 2000 hours) a €25 'meet and greet' fee is charged locally with an additional €10 for each hour after midnight.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. A surety of £200 is required against any damages/breakages and is refunded less any deductions if necessary. There is an additional charge of £10 per person for laundry per booking.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
